There wasn't a lot of kids so no one had to stand in line to play.the staff was friendly and the place was clean
Very good very cheap and well staffed and clean staff were very friendly and all games were working me and my son were able to play all games 5 times but can you have a doomsday anniversary for d day on June 6th 1944 cuz he dresses up as a usmc soldier of a german ww2 soldier he weres either and he wants crusty a pizza time theatre character from pizza time theatre and the cheese wall he wants to see crusty and the cheese wall at every chuck e cheese and he wants pasqualy plush to he said he would scream if there were no pasqualy plushes by the end of 2022 so please add these things in to make him happy

I just wanna say what a messy nasty place don’t take your kids here it looks like they dont clean at all just so nasty!The customer service is awful the manager that was there was on his laptop sitting down and when I asked about redeeming my prizes he ignored me! Also some machines were not working and some machines litteraly took my points and didn’t work at all like they were jammed or something I Won’t ever be back again I got In the car and used a whole sanitizer to clean my hands!
Absolutely disgusting! The establishment was dirty and their drink machine wasn’t working, they gave out can drinks with only one free “refill” waste of money and won’t be back
We are so disappointed!!! Many games were broken and their system takes the fun out of playing. No tickets any more. Only a talley if you check your card!Can't wait for Main Event to open. We will not be back to CC!!!
My experience was awesome I had an a amazing birthday but I had a few problems the games were not giving out tickets the mascot tried chokeholding me and lots of rude little kids being snooty one kid was very rude and the pizza did not look tasty at all it looked old and aged but still the party was amazing but those 4 things sucked so it would be awhile before I try coming back
Almost 700.00 for a b-day party.Decorations wasn't set up and ready when we arrived, they took forever to bring adult cups out. They didn't do the gift bags or presents like we was told they would. Very unprofessional!!!
The staff was great in making sure we had everything we needed. Chucky Cheese Rat was awesome with all of his dance moves.
Its a alright place to go to with little ones. But man! They really need an upgrade on games and better maintenance because everytime I go they always have a bunch of games broke or that don't even work. I realize there maintenance or workers who fix the games are lazy workers and there just there for a pay check. Peter pipers is way better then this place. But once Main Event Opens up by next year there destroying competition like chuck e cheese and peter piper pizza. There need a whole new management here and games need to be replaced atleast the ones that have constant problems.
