To whom it may concern.This Chipotle sucks!I asked for steak and received maybe a teaspoon, about 7 chunks.When I asked for more I was asked if I wanted double, said no but one would be good, got maybe three more chunks.Then they want to charge 15 bucks! For cardboard with rice and a little bit of meat.Will not return to this particular Chipotle.
Food is excellent. Never have issues at this location. Staff is always great.Today I went in, ordered my food and drink, paid. When I went over to get my drink from the drink fountain, the manager (or Owner I'm not sure ) had pulled an employee aside to sit at the table near the drink fountain. It appeared to be either a firing situation or a reprimand. Loud enough for me to know that the employee is often late and the manager/owner is "sick of it"This was highly unprofessional. I manage staff as a living and I would never fire or reprimand someone in a public space, surrounded by customers.The owners and/or management at this establishment need to rethink their human resources policies and consider treating their employees how they'd want to be treated.
Food tastes great. When they get your order correct that is.Ordered a barbacoa bowl through Uber eats. Ordered double meat. Got less than 1 portion of meat when we ordered 2. Tried to call because it's expensive and wanted a refund and Chipotle refers all issues with delivery to Uber Eats, who won't issue refunds unless it is a problem with delivery itself, and their automated system genuinely will NOT connect you to a human being. Overpriced, and immensely frustrated that I cannot even call my local branch so they can make it right.
I love the food at chipotle. That is why they are getting 2*. I ordered foor from them on UberEats and they did not pack one of the items. I tried calling the store to see if I could come pick it up and i got an automated voice recording (for that store, not national). After 5 minutes of trying to crack the password of the right thing to say to speak with a store employee or manager, i finally heard the phone ring. Then, all i hear is background noise, for another 5 minutes. Clearly someone picked the phone up and set it off to the side. I tried calling back multiple times in the next half hour only to get a busy signal. The degree to which they seem to go out of their way to NOT serve their customers is laughable. I will order Chipotle again, but only from their downtown location.Edit: they didnt deserve 2*, so i gave their food the 1*.
Okay this place is usually good but I just got home with my Chipotle bowl and there’s like hard leaves in my bowl??? It’s either a really hard spinach leaf (which makes me a bit uncomfy given Chipotle’s past with spinach, and I also never had the option to even put Spinach in my bowl) or it’s a legit leaf from outside. This is reallyyyyy weird. Makes me a little nervous to eat the rest of my $9 meal lol
I haven't ate here, but I pick up lots of doordash orders. They're always fast and friendly.
I have always avoided this place because I was told it was so high in calories. I am on weight watchers. I checked all the nutrition info and it's not that bad if you stay away from the tortillas. The food is fantastic. We had to wait in line awhile because it was Sunday after church, but it wasn't too bad. It was sure worth the wait. My husband and I both got the rice bowls. I got brown and He got white. They didn't have any steak, so we went with chicken, and it was really good. I'm so glad we went. The rice bowl with chicken and fahita veggie was only 7 points and I couldn't eat it all. They give you a lot. The only drawback was the size of the place. There are not many tables so you will have to wait till one opens up if it's busy. It's very small place. The staff is fantastic. They are so friendly and patient. We will go again for sure. Side note: it is expensive. $25 for 2 rice bowls and small drinks
I would recommend that the Chipotle staff keep the tables clean, fork & napkins stocked and counter by the drink section wiped down. At 1:15pm, it was a mess. Customers shouldn’t be digging through the cabinets to find supplies.
Service was excellent however i had a long black hair in my food . And my hair is blonde . Very discusted . Lost my appetite ?
Ordered 2 large Queso and 2 Chicken bowls with extra chicken. Did not receive the extra chicken there were only 5 small pieces. Also did not receive the queso in our order. Sent an email to corporate & got a BOGO free coupon. How is that equal?
