I stopped in this place to get coffee . I had driven from Denton TX to Austin.On my way back to Denton I began to get fatigued so i needed a pick me up.When we arrived at Chili's to go area, I ordered a cup of coffee and my grandson a sugarless iced tea .The young man who waited on me said " We don't have any but if you'd like to wait we will make you some".At mid day 4:00 he saw to it. I just want to thank this restaurant for helping me get alert and home safely.OH and there was no charge to us.Great customer service and hospitality.
Hostess was bothered by us coming in. Floors are filthy that you slide as you walk. Bathrooms were out of toilet papers. Salsa was watered down. Chips were stale. Margaritas chicken plate had 3 spoonfuls of rice in a sea of beans. Mashed potatoes were reheated and had a crust on them. Hope you're not in hurry if you stop here, overall service is horribly s-l-o-w.
Food was good but found bugs in my child’s oranges.
I get it everyone is short staffed. I had a curbside pickup after waiting for like 15 minutes past the pickup time and 20 minutes after checking in on the website. I noticed that there were other cars waiting for curbside also. I go inside to find my cold order just sitting on a dirty metal rack inside the door for the curbside pickup area. I grabbed my cold food and no one is there, then I hear a lady say that sorry we don't come outside to the car's anymore. As I'm getting in my truck the lady who has been parked next to me since I arrived rolls down her window to ask if I had to go inside to get my order? She starts a chain reaction of people who have used the app and now have to go pick up their cold food from inside. Do better guy's or just quit talking online orders if you can't handle it... If not for door dash and other services I'm certain that this chilis would be out of business.
HORRIBLE FOOD!!! Salsa and ranch Was busted out in the bag. The cheesecake sauce was out of its container. Half order of Texas cheese fries have been sitting out for a while we’re not fresh at all the cheese was hard!! I got cold Cajun pasta with some dried hard chicken!! SMH 40 plus dollars on horrible food!! I can understand if the place was packed but it wasn’t in the waitresses don’t have a care in the world!! Please do better!!
We were told they were short handed which is normal these days. We finally got 2 out of four drinks 30 minutes after being seated, by a different waiter. Our kids didn't get drinks until way after our food, an hour later. I ordered a veggie burger that was burnt so horribly. I never touched my food or got any help. Our waitress wasn't busy, she just never checked on us. Luckily I finally talked to the bartender so we could pay to leave. We had traveled all day. I never got to eat. We got back on the road starving and two hours behind schedule. We will never try Chili's again.
Came here for dinner on 2/8/22, this was around 7 or 8pm. First thing was the host just sat us in the bar at a high table without even asking what our seating preferences were. Then we sat there for about 10 mins before our waitress came by, a young blonde girl took our drink order and we let her know we were ready to order our food as well. All we got to drink was a Dr.pepper and a sprite, southwest egg rolls and two burgers. I wanted to order other things but our waitress had no way to explain items on the menu and didn’t want to risk it. The we sat there and waited and waited. While the girls next to us got their margaritas we were waiting on fountain drinks. Not until after getting out appetizers and telling the bar tender that we had not received drinks did we get them. When our waitress finally did come back to our table she would set things down and walk right away I couldn’t ask for anything. When our food came out my burger was burnt and the other burger was raw, is there no consistency with cooking? I was completely turned off from my food and wanted to leave after the whole experience, I had to wave down the host again to get our check and Togo boxes because even though our waitress had 2 tables she was no where to be found. Very disappointing experience.
I first asked for no ranch and they preceded to give me ranch on my burger and when they took it back to “fix” they just wiped it off and gave it back. So i asked them to remake it and they gave me a burnt patty but at least it has no ranch i guess

I love Chili's. I want to love this Chili's. I understand the service industry is terribly understaffed right now. I myself have worked in the service industry for many years in the past. I say all this to illustrate how much it pains me to tell you this Chili's is trash. Just straight up terrible service. No drink refills. No checking how we're doing. The food runner did more work than the server. The food was ok, even if our apps came out after our entres. The bill was wrong and considering the service the food is overpriced. I'll try them again and hope to change this review but for now I cannot recommend this Chile's. Go elsewhere.
