Regular customer I come maybe 2-3 a week.. I ordered a parfeit from my rewards , and I had issues and asked for assistance considering I’ve never used the rewards app before. I asked to speak with the manager , I physically saw her walk to the back and stay gone AFTER SHE HEARD me ask for, just to come and tell me they lost the ticket and can’t prove what I bought.

I love Chick-fil-A but this one never salts their fries it seems. You can also see there are shortages affecting this location looks like hamburger buns instead of their regular buns.
Bland chicken with a pickle. I don't understand the cult status of chick-fil-a. McDonald's has a better chicken sandwich, and it's garbage. You want chicken, there are far better places than cult-fil-a.
The food is always fresh and tasty. The employees are great and always go out of their way to be kind.
While waiting for my app order, I watched manager Andrea Mar create a very tense work environment. She showed very little respect to fellow employees and you could see overall morale go down. To the young man she was referring to, it was obvious you were trying. Regardless of any situation leading up to that point, this should’ve been handled very differently.
Food took forever and wasn't that fresh bad changes have happened here and everything was great before.
Best place in the mall for quality of food. Speed of service is only slow because everyone and their mama eat here when they're at the mall.
