Had a little time of wait due to certain items. But the staff and crew came with flying colors. No hate or complaint. Didn't ask for it but they compensated my order. Out of the blue. Very respectful lead and team. I would like to thank them for the service and kindness.These team rocks. And I wanna tell management the young fella deserves recognition and acknowledgement. Took care of the issue and helped my be on my way. Kudos to all of them.These are one of the many reasons why chick fil a rules.
I do a few catered lunches for my job and have gone to this locations many times. This most recent time, I went by and told them I was there to pick up a catering order. They had it all ready and someone said, “Would you like help to your car?” Looking at it I knew I couldn’t get all of it on my own in one trip so I said, “Sure! That would be great.” So this young lady grabbed another worker and said, “C’mon! He needs help getting this to his car.” And they carried everything. I held out my hands and said, “Here, I can carry something to help as well.” And she just said, “It’s alright. It’s our pleasure to help.” And they carried everything to my car. Top notch service all around. I will be using this location for many more catering meals. Thank you to all who help run this location.
They were very busy as usual, but are very quick, efficient and courteous. Ordered two #1s that come with waffle fries and a drink. The sandwich was delicious and hot - moist and tasty, the waffle fries were not as hot as they normally are and the coke was undrinkable because it had no syrup in it. All carbonation. All in all I was very happy with the Chick-fil-A sandwich but disappointed with the waffle fries and coke.
My one and only complaint about this chik fil a location is that since coming under what appears to be new ownership, the size of the 'nuggets' is crazy. It's too big for me to eat, let alone my kids. I'm serious when I say that it's like a few GIANT pieces of the same ol delicious chicken, just super hard to eat, on the go, especially.
I’m amazed each time I come here at the level of the drive through. Chickfila definitely has everyone else beat with the way their drive thru works. Incredibly fast, friendly workers, and making sure that their employees are always sheltered from any weather! The manager is very friendly and works hard. All of the team members here do great at their jobs. Love y’all!
The service here is always great! Very respectful and very efficient. The spicy chicken sandwich is tops!! Their tortilla soup is yummy, it could be the best if a little less pepper but I am not a fan of it so there is that. I was in and out despite of the lines. You will always be highly recommended!!
Chick-fil-A has been one of my favorite fast food chains for years. I come here for a nice hot sandwich and the waffle fries. Now that it's a drive through, to-go only model, my sandwich is cold and the fries are cold and soggy by time I can get home. I will no longer stop here until dine-in is reinstated.
Apparently Chick-fil-A corporate has forgotten that not all customers fit into the same narrow chute when it comes to eating. You can no longer ask for anything to be cooked well done. I have been a customer most of my life but I will not eat chicken nuggets that are BEIGE in color. A couple of the nuggets were obviously not cooked see photo. I have been to 3 different stores before I was told that corporate will no longer allow anything to simply be cooked longer! So if you are like me and want something cooked well done DONT GO TO CHICK-fil-A!!
The people were nice and provided excellent customer service. The food however was not up to standard. The nuggets weren't fresh and the Mac and cheese was warm at best with no cheese pull (the container was only about halfway full as well). I'm going to continue to go out of my way to the other side of town for Chic Fil A because this one definitely disappointed me as well as their company name.
This place is always busy. They sometimes have four lines just taking orders. The service is pleasant and the food is always good. The area is just small for the amount of business they do. I've had their breakfast biscuits, chicken sandwich, salads, nuggets and shakes. I give them five stars for flavor.
