Dirtiest Chick Fil A I have ever been in. When I texted the “RR needs attention” number, nothing changed for the hour I was there. 2 ladies were working on laptops in the booth closest to the restroom this whole time while several ladies “pretend swept” to & from their booth (while visiting, of course), & several more employees were either on break seated at tables texting or another 3-4 were awkwardly standing around in the restaurant mostly just being in people’s way. Cudos to the 5-6 hard workers filling orders in the front! I was just shocked to see a chick fil a this dirty!
The Manager (?) stopped by our table and was very friendly as he discussed their status as a trial location for the spicy chicken strips. The staff at the counter was extra nice. And they had all their original, pre-COVID extras (napkins, Mayo, ketchup, etc) sitting out for the customers instead of being hidden and having to ask for them…we CFA die-hards notice the little things that make the CFA experience that much better.
Customer service is severely lacking at this location. They didn't say the usual "my pleasure" when I thanked them for my order, and when I let them know the person taking orders in the drive through didn't listen to me about wanting Chick-fil-A sauce and not buffalo sauce after I corrected her and told her twice I didn't want buffalo, they didn't care. It was also infuriating to watch them put buffalo sauce in after I politely said, I do not want buffalo sauce I want Chick-fil-A sauce. This is NOT what we are used to at ANY Chick-fil-A. The lack of listening and customer service is astonishing. I don't see this location sticking around long as they did not exude the Chick-fil-A way. There were 5 teenagers standing in the drive through and we were the ONLY car there for lunch, so again, a noticeable problem at this location. Our family are avid Chick-fil-A guests, so it was super disappointing. The food was at least good, but the customer service was horrid.
An Order was made for multiple parties for pickup. The orders were correct, ready for pickup at the time given. The food was great. Hats off to you!
This Chick-fil-A has always had great and speedy service. I have never had a complaint about their service or their food and I have dined in, taken out, and even catered. All great experiences.
I believe this is the best Chick Fil A location I have ever been to! From customer service and the quality and care for the food all the way down to the cleanliness of the restaurant, David Sykora and his team are doing it right!
I know a lot of people try to politicize everything, let’s just leave it out and focus on the customer service and the food. First of all, I have tried other chicken sandwiches and they do not compare. The chicken sandwich is the best available and no one has been able to beat it yet. Every time I’m at the drive through, the process is also something the other fast food places lack. The organization and the “follow that car” and the naming is excellent. Even with two long lines, it never takes long to get the food because of the organization. They know ahead of time what cars are coming up and your order is ready by the time you arrive at the pickup window. When I need a chicken sandwich, this is the only place I go to.
I order a CHICKEN SANDWICH. I order the same thing all the time. They frequently charge me and deliver a meal with fries. I feel badly about holding up the line and making them refund so I end up annoyed and not going back for a long time. MAKE SURE THEY READ BACK YOUR ORDER. - just for the record this happens at almost every CFA I go to. Sigh…
I love it not because just quick but the chicken is really good too, hands down for good and fast service, first time try chick filla and now it will become my main food since quick and fast !!!!
Good food but no access to drinks for a refill, you have to ask person behind counter and this is a very busy place.
