This restaurant has some of the best customer service I have experienced! The food is amazing, and the drinks are even better! Our server/ bartender Ashley was absolutely fabulous in taking care of us today; even while busy she still managed to take care of us! It is nice to not only get the food you paid for, but the customer service too! Thank you Ashley, keep up the amazing work you are doing!
OMG I can not get enough of this place, and now I see why it is always so packed there. I’ve had a few curbside pick up dinner orders and the food was amazing. In my opinion they have the best salad in town and the honey lime salad dressing I wish they had in stores. I’ve enjoyed every meal I have ordered from them. Do yourself a favor try the coconut shrimp. One word “YUM”
Was seated, got water. No flatware. Waited about 15 minutes, no service. Found our "waiter" who said he had been reassigned to another section. Waited a few more minutes, manager came by and took our order. Finally got an actual wait person, she was great. Ordered the chicken Alfredo and Caesar salad. Salad was very good. Pasta and sauce very tasty. Chicken had either been freezer burned or cooked in overheated olive oil??? Was actually crunchy? Very rubbery. Bleh..

Almost full menu back for those who love the Dijon chicken and mushroom I was so excited so now that they have almost the full menu (pretty much full menu) I couldn't think of any other place to go
I went to Cheddar's last night after my shift. I did NOT want something to eat at my place and just wanted something to go. Thanks goodness they let me in at 930. I got the New Orleans Pasta and Cheese fries to go. The bartender was great having to deal with rude customers as well as me. Thank you sir!!! It was great. Food was wonderful. Service even better. I know I was late but THANK YOU
Absolutely amazing! The place has the MOST hospitable manager (Michael) and staff. When we visit the bar area, Jamison along with the other bar staff are always super friendly no matter how busy they may be during our time at the restaurant! Plus our food and drinks are always served in a timely manner. Ogee was our server tonight. He was delightful the entire time, along with another young lady (I did not catch her name) that helped us with a spill that we made at our table this evening. I love that Cheddars offers a scratch kitchen. We always receive an ample amount of food for a great price. Overall the outstanding personalities and professionalism of the staff and manager, Michael puts the icing on the cake for us during our visit to Waco’s Cheddars! We appreciate this great establishment for always treating us nice and providing great customer service! You guys deserve more than a 5 star review! Please keep up the outstanding work! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
Cheddar's is in a great location, on Franklin before Valley Mills. Easy to go in and out to both ends of Franklin. Food was good and great service. Cost was reasonable and attitude including atmosphere was great.
We absolutely love the food here but the service SUCKS! We sat at our table for 15 minutes before we were even greeted. Our waitress was sitting in a booth a few tables down talking. We were getting up to leave when she finally got up and came over to take our drink orders! This is the absolute last time we will come here! Every time we have ever came in the service has sucked! I used to be a waitress I know how much customer service means and this is the worst….
Cut their menu since the last time we visited. Waitress was AWESOME. She went by the name Day/Dai. When I say she was always on the move, she was like Cheddars superhero. Very nice and attentive!
