We recently went to visit Houston and made the drive up to Waco. The Boss grilled cheese was incredible…in the top 2 favorite things at Magnolia. I wouldn’t have ever thought to put basil on a grilled cheese, it was so good that I was mad I offered to share with my husband!! The service here was also top notch. I highly recommend stopping in for something yummy?
Absolutely the best grilled cheese I’ve ever eaten! Crispy bacon!!! We had the power boss and happy boss. You won’t be disappointed! You must eat here!
Best Mac & Cheese and the boss was wonderful. Not a large sandwich, but very tasty.
We were passing through town and my husband and I shared a grilled cheese. I thought it was good until my husband and I had food poisoning a few hours later. We were up all last night sick. It was the only common thing we had all day. Kind of ruined our day today in Austin as we now have no energy and are extremely weak and dehydrated. Probably not leaving our hotel either. Would not recommend this place.
We had our dinner here the first night of our trip. Reasonably priced. We had the power couple with the smoked Mac n cheese. Service was quick and friendly.
Avoid. Huge disappointment. Nothing gourmet here.

The boss sandwich was very good, but a bit pricey when compared to the other dining places here. Like the other places, be warned that the line to order and the wait time for said order can go over 20 minutes.
It’s Tuesday. Had to wait 35 mins from order to pickup. 20 people are waiting to pickup. They don’t have enough staff.
The BEST grilled cheese we’ve ever had! Was so good we stopped back to get another one 3 days later as we were driving back through Waco. This is one you shouldn’t miss. Get the Power Couple and you can get Mac-n-cheese as a side. And don’t forget the Pop’s Lemonade. True old fashion lemonade made locally.
