Waited for the kid or any kids to even come out the door to take our order. When they finally come out there was zero courtesy.
Ordered a 4 tender meal and this is literally what I got... spent 26 bucks for 2 meals and and a small mashed potato and drink... I took the gravy and fries out just to show you the actual tenders we received... will not be going there again...
Was working a 32 hour shift on Father's day and couldn't leave the hospital. I had my wife go get some food for me. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and jalapeno poppers. I got 5 cold chicken strips and a gravy that was so cold I could turn it upside down and it almost didn't come out. And instead of a jalapeno popper they gave me just a regular jalapeno. Lastly cold hard roll which suprisingly difficult to break in half. Normally their service is just o.k., but when I called the manager back to let her know that it was bad, her response was maybe it'll be better next time. My daughter who started eating her meal on the drive from the store to the hospital said her meal was cold as well. Lastly, my wife said that she had to wait forever in line as it was extremely slow.
After eating here all my life, I just can’t afford to any longer. What used to seem a quick, inexpensive meal, is now the most expensive fried chicken option. As you can see for a single person to eat here it is $10. Also the tender Tuesday combo has gone from $11.99 to $18.99. It is still fairly good chicken and fast, but not worth the price in my opinion.
This location we ate at was very clean. The employees were very nice and the service was fast. Our food was fresh and hot. It was a very pleasant lunch.
I dont usually post reviews however we are traveling through town Easter Sunday. You guys where some of the only dine in's open. 107 S George Kacir Dr, I have never seen a group of young people work so well together. I can see the manager running this location. I been in the food business many years. I cant even get some adults to work so well together. GOOD JOB !!!
This Sunday at 11 am the man that helped me was amazing!Friendly, repeated my order.Brought my tea out before my order. Then told me my order again when handing it to me. A smile and seemed happy to be working on a Sunday.Made it easier for me to be happy-headed in my job on a Sunday!
I worked in drive thru for a long time so I understand how irritating when y'all are close to closing and y'all have a line. But we came at 8:40 and didn't get our food till 9:15. There were 2 cars in front of us when we got there. Before close 4 more cars pulled up and they all got meals before us and all we ordered was 2 tender meals and a tender roll meal. But instead of my tender roll meal they gave us a kids tender meal. Then when I told this girl that I got the wrong thing she said " we're out of rolls so what you want me to do about it" with an attitude. I understand you already close but we got there at 8:40. If you don't like your job then quit.
Place looked very clean, staff was friendly and also looked clean. The food was fresh and on time.
Workers need a better dress code.... One female hardly had anything on.....hmmm
