If you've eaten at one BW3, you've eaten at all of them. This isn't a review of the food, which was great as usual. This is a review of the service I received, which was first class. Brianna, my server was the best I've had in years. She was attentive, had a pleasant personality, got everything right, and anticipated everything I wanted before I could ask for it. I was so appreciative, that I not only thanked her for the great service, I left her a 50% tip. Management, if you read this, Brianna is not only someone you need to hold on to, you should consider promoting her.
Better to cook and watch the game at home. Service was embarrassing as was the food. There were MAYBE 6 tables in the whole restaurant and altogether we were there two hours..we went for a quick meal...Most of that was waiting for our server to come back to our table since she was having the best time chatting with the other servers. I get things are different but I was a server and I know how things are done and what is good service vs bad..just my two cents.
I have loved BWW for years. When I moved to Waco I was what you would call a regular before they got the new location. I still always came with the relocation. My visits slowed down as turnover in the bar increased. But then came Collin... Knows what I want, doesn't lay his daily server burdens on me and ALWAYS makes a bad day better. He's an asset and takes pride and ownership of his job, making EVERY guest experience AWESOME. I work in the industry and seeing how he interacts with everyone, regardless of the day he had, is awe inspiring!!!
Haven't been here in awhile. Always have loved Buffalo Wild Wings. I had their traditional wings with carrots and they were amazing as always!! Surprisingly, I thought maybe I should have gone where they had more variety and their new menu has it all. brisket sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and even wraps! I had their nachos with brisket and pico as well...they were so good.
4 people, $115, I can make better chicken wings in my microwave. The restaurant was very crowded, and our waitress was good.
Fried pickles came out not fully cooked. Wings came out warm at best after that our waitress disappeared. She came back after 25 minutes and refilled our empty drinks. If you are sitting on either side of the restaurant you can look up at the framed jerseys on the wall and see a thick layer of filth on them. Overall disappointing experience for a restaurant chain we enjoy.
Even though they were short staffed you could not tell. Waiters were great. Food still came out fast and fresh. Highly recommend!!!
Service was horrible, took forever to get food and then wasn't right. Waiter now where to be found until he brought the bill. Then told us if we needed a new car he worked a cross the hwy and we should come see him...I don't think so
No complaints at all!Many of the corporate restaurants we have visited recently were disappointing. Not BWW, we are pleasantly satisfied. Thanks to the crew.
Great place for wings and sides. Unfortunately this location seems to have changed the fried pickles contents and no longer uses corn meal or whatever, now it’s just bland coating? Sad they did that, no real flavor on the fried pickles anymore.
