Love the stay and cleanliness ???
Awesome experience- the staff was super friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy… no complaints! The best part was the grill in the lobby- the food was wonderful and the waitstaff is top notch- Jesse and Adan were our servers and were the absolute best! Hilton got this one right!
our room not ready when we got there desk clerk gave a room very end on 2nd floor I was napping when all of sudden a lot of laughter and yelling well some team if girls were I'm the pool bee not comfortable rooms are old dirty not clean right hair on bathtub also on toilet seat dirt on room behind beds and baseboards calling all around toilet and tub disgusting no complementary breakfast overcharge for everything I will not stay there ever room charges state tax ok I understand but cute tax county tax Waco tourism pid fees Texas recovery fee city tax county tax fir each day you're staying there really this is ridiculous never have heard of this hotel is old needs a makeover with all the money they charge

THERE IS A WOMAN IN THE COUNTER NAMED JET. SHE YELLED AT US TWICE. DIDNT RESPECT OUR RESERVATION, DIDNT HELPED WITH ANY TROUBLE. SHE IS VERY RUDE TO FOREINGN PEOPLE. RACIST AND VERY BAD ATTITUD. THE WORST. YOU SHOULDNT HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN A WORLD CLASS HOTEL.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. People are friendly especially the front desk staff. Very clean and nice suite room. My husband prefers Hilton wherever we go either other states or other countries. The name Hilton, he knew already is a good hotel because of its history. And by the way my husband loved the bed so much. Good for his backache ( hope you can message us what is the brand)

Please call ahead and verify before planning a meet-up or working lunch in a quiet semi-nice space.The website DOES NOT accurately reflect operating hours or service availability. Just trying to write a review and help a person out.I imagine when/if this food outlet opens back up - the rating will have 4-5 stars.
