This is the 2nd time I've gone through the drive through at 9 pm & told they have no rocky road & they couldn't make smoothies because they didn't have the ingredients. Why is this place even still open?
I have always enjoyed going here for ice cream with my kids. My family came here tonight at 9:15! The doors were locked. On the door it says closes at 10. All we wanted was a scoop of ice cream. Just frustrated.
So disappointed... They have no flavors that I like, not even plain vanilla or chocolate. The few flavors they had were weird and looked old. My whole party of 4 left without getting anything. Sad, was really looking forward to a nice ice cream Sunday.
I have attempted to order from this place 3 times via the drive thru. No matter what the question, the order is always "we dont have that" or just "no". None of the advertised flavors of ice cream, no flavor of milkshakes but vanilla. Why bother? Junk store.
Complete dumpster fire of a location. Everytime I try to take my son to get ice cream the lobby is closed which makes it very difficult to order when they dont have the available flavors listed in the drive thru. Then the drive thru worker rambles off 31 flavors I guess with the expectation that I am very quickly taking notes so I can pass around the car for everybody to look at. I dont blame the high school kids working. This falls on poor managment and ownership.
Went by and ordered Chocolate Shake and was told they had no Chocolate. Shortage or poor planning. Not a happy customer today.
Unfortunately, I LOVE Baskin Robbins, but I have never had a good experience at this location. We’ve gone several times recently and have been consistently disappointed. They close an hour and a half early “just because”, they’re consistently out of everything we want to order, and even if you can find something to order, the service is slow. I hope their corporate management is aware and can work on revitalizing this location. If it was a good experience, we would frequent this establishment often!
Went to this location on 1/23 at 8:00pm. My husband orders chocolate chip icecream and the employee says “we don’t have that”. So he asked what they do have since there’s not a menu and she said “chocolate? Vanilla? Recees?” My husband asked “is that all you have?” And she said “idk, they’re all the way over there.”So maybe some better training on customer service/knowledge of the flavors on hand could benefit this location.What we ended up ordering though was good.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I have gone there multiple times for ice cream only to be told that Baskin Robbins the home of 31 flavors has ZERO ice cream!! What the heck!!! And what's even worse is they participate in Uber Eats and Door Dash and I have yet to have an order actually get picked up because they are always out of what is ordered. You should be ashamed!! Who ever owns this franchise should be completely embarrassed of what you are doing o the Baskin Robbins name. Shame!
No one answered the drive thru window after 5 minutes waiting. I pulled forward and waited an additional 5 minutes for someone to talk to me at the window. When I told them the drive thru mic may not be working and asked if I could order at the window, they said no and instructed me to drive around and get in the back of the line. Terrible service. Will take tonight’s order and all future business elsewhere.
