Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered the beef and cheddar double, large fries, large drink. When I got my food, the order was the smallest size even though I ordered large, the drink was wrong, and I didn't receive the mozzarella sticks. Your staff is a joke there. Another incident that happened was I Ordered that same order, AT the store, same problem. Got home realized it was wrong. Went back, told them the issue. "Well I didn't chahge you for a lahge or mozzarella sticks so why complain?" Because that's not what I ordered. "Well if i didn't charge you then what's the problem?" Like I said, it's not what I ordered. "Well I don't have time for this, you can come back another day. GOODBYE." Definitely not coming back to that store.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches. 1 was so messy that we needed many napkins (and we only got 2.), and oil was dripping all over the place. The other was dry as a bone.I've always loved Arby's, but this one has really gone downhill.Maybe time to get more employees and open up the dining room?

Service was good and people were polite. Food was stale. Fries smelled and tasted like rancid oil. Sandwich bun was soaked and the meat smelled rancid.

Service sucks I literally sit in line for 20 minutes and order food when I got to the window the lady came to the window and said we ran out of roast beef. Mt time was wasted and they didn't care

The service was good but they didn't listen very well. The food was good to a point. It felt like the buns were soaked in water. All in all it wasn't to bad

Agree with others that if you want more than 1 packet of Arbys sauce then expect snide/rude/scoffing remarks from the older, white haired Gentlemen. I think hes the owner so dont expect anything to change there. Would happily pay for extra if that's what it takes to not be treated rudly but it's not an option. Really wish Arbys would just sell it at the store like so many other companies are doing now. Also no longer carry potato cakes(my personal fav) Large fry containers are literally only half full everytime. Officially done with Arbys. Overpriced and not worth it anymore. Please don't reply with the automated, generic response. Really no need.

Quick they not friendly, don't speak out hand food and closes the window!

The dining room was closed. Bummer. But these days, I totally understand. I ordered the new Diablo brisket sandwich meal (which comes with a free shake.) I expected to wait a while behind the three cars in front of me, but I was up to the window in a couple of minutes. The food was ready when I got there. With this type of efficiency, I'm definitely not too upset about the dining room being closed. I'll just pull a "Sonic" and eat in the parking lot. LolAnyway, the Diablo sandwich was fantastic in my opinion. Good flavor and heat in terms of fast food "spicy." A normal person might get some tears and sweat, but someone who loves heat (like me) should expect just a moderate burn. Again, spicier than any "spicy" fast food from other places, but definitely not "challenge" worthy. The curly fries were perfect, as always, and the shake was a decent vanilla shake.Overall, I've never really had too much to complain about with this location beyond staffing issues. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for what Arby's is dishing out.

I cannot say enough good things about Arby's I absolutely love their food! I only wish there was one closer to me I live in Elm Mott, and a location in bellmead or Lacey Lakeview would be awesome.

Good food, but owner / drive through guy is unpleasant. I asked for horsey and Arybs Sauce, and he asked if I wanted ketchup. I said no. Checked the bag, and there was no sauce (no big deal). I waited for a sec and asked for it. Rudely, he said, "I just asked you if you wanted that". I ultimately got my sauce but I prefer roast beef sandwiches without the attitude :) enjoy your day Arby's man
