Unfortunately my grandkids like Whataburger so we order online frequently. I think last night was one of the worst orders we have received from them. Five out of the seven sandwiches we ordered were made incorrectly. A fry was missing and so was the tray of cinnamon rolls. I really wish they did a better job making sure take out orders are made properly before sending out for delivery.
Me and buddy of mine just went threw drive threw and order I was being nice and said yea hold on mama I was still ordering and the lady at the speaker said I’m not your mama my name is Kayla alright I’m a rude tone I was just being nice and she had to throw an attitude and I asked for the same thing my buddy order and she said what’s that what’s the order rude as well telling me that never again
Went through the drive thru service was good but they were overwhelmed food was also good
So I order through the app a WB Jr with cheese. It came without cheese so I went up expecting them to take the burger back and add the cheese. Nope they hand me a piece of cold cheese wrapped up. Young lady said that was standard practice but manager said it was not. Employee was very rude and when we asked for ketchup and napkins she did not bring them.
Food was not good... It's not the old whataburger... Service was good... Good group of young kids trying to learn how to work.
Whataburgers okay if you like fries hamburgers are dry sauces and biscuits are good go to the one out of Houston highway services great but you got to go in the morning to get the good service
Not impressed with today's service. After receiving drinks waited another 15 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. Fries were cold and unsalted. The burgers were stuffed in one paper bag and the fries were packed the same way. They just handed us 2 paper bags and walked away. Usually get better service but at least there is another location to go to.
Love this Whataburger!!..Their Shake machine is always working when I go for a meal...Chocolate Malt Yum!!! Makes my large triple meat triple cheese bacon jalapeños burger that ? much better!!!
I was so happy to hear a nice voice over the speaker.There is not to many places that have good service any more.Took the time to make are drive thru experience blessed .
Slower than ice melting in Alaska. I know people ate trying to work, second time I have been here and it takes forever. Retrain the turtles. It whataburger, not cicis
