Service at the drive through is try to talk to a 5 year old. They don’t understand you and can’t hear you what your saying constantly asking you to repeat your order and then brakes in why’ll your trying to repeat the order. I don’t have patients to deal with untrained employees that don’t care about there job or the customers. You’re employee’s at this Wendy’s doesn’t make me ever want to do business any Wendy’s.
The burger was good. The fries were soft and too greasy.
Wanted to eat breakfast inside the location, sit down and relax while having it. Well, you can't they don't open the doors. So I ordered through the window. Person on the other side, rude not helpful at all and thw coffee not even warm but almost cold. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I understand they may have been short handed but that is no excuse for the eye rolls I received when asking for items they left out of the order, when I told them the drink machine was out of practically everything, when I asked if they had my soda on drive thur side (which they did) and it was no excuse for the attitude and miserable look everyone had. The tables were dirty. When I asked for a refill they were suddenly out of everything but coke on drive thur side.
Went for a few frostys asked for 2 vanilla & 1 chocolate. Got home had 2 chocolates & 1 vanilla I ignored it wasn’t a big deal.. then as I was eating it I scooped up a black thick hair. This is the second time I’ve had a hair in my frosty at this location.
Pretty good food and the customer service thru the drive thru wasn't half bad.
I went in today with multiple coupons so we had to do multiple transactions. The manager/supervisor was very understanding and helping. Fast and good service!!
The burger was good. But the burger with the bacon wasn't the best. There was 3 half pieces of bacon on it. The bacon cheddar fries were good though. Fast service
Had to wait 15min for a salad- they should keep the grill on all the time..
I was going to order a more expensive burger but was afraid of the quality of the food and I was right about it.The new fries were undercooked and the burger was cold…WTH….
