I'm very upset with road house today we have a party of 7. We walked in told them a party of 7 which consists of 2 adults 2 teenagers and 3 boys, and we were told that they didnt have any servers to serve a table of 7. It wasnt busy there were servers walking around everywhere. They said we would have to wait an hour till a server would be able to wait on us.
Really great service and really great food! I took my little sister here for her birthday and they sang for her too!! I am so happy to have that opportunity with her.Had the bone-in ribeye and it was just perfectly cooked!I have to admit it’s been a blessing to find such great steaks at most places in Texas, and Texas Roadhouse definitely has great steaks and chefs!The onion blossom was also a great treat.Would come here again!

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. Only saw waiter 2 times. One time to take order and then for refill drink which took forever. Well 3 times when my fiance was talking the manager, the waiter decided to come to the table, and my fiance said your good man you can go. The appetizer took forever to get because the waiter did not watch his tickets which were his own words that he told us. Literally had to tell the waiter we needed a refill and only got 1 refill. The waiter would go to the table behind us several times but not come to us. It was busy since it was a Friday but the other waiter and waitress in the same area were back and forth to their tables. We got a card for a free appetizer from the manager cause he appreciated the feedback. It probably will not be used because we will probably not go there again. We got there around 830pm and left at 10pm. We could've left sooner if we had a better waiter. I literally saw people come and go. The waiter didn't get a tip. When I go to places I base a tip on how well my table is served. Most horrible service ever experienced. I would give it no stars but to comment you have to select a star. UPDATE Me and my fiance gave Texas Roadhouse one more chance but never again. We used our free appetizer card from the last visit. The waitress was wonderful. She was checking on us constantly. The one problem was my fiance steak was all gristle. We will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse. If we want a streak we will go somewhere else.
Looking for a decent steak without the crazy price? Then come here. Very friendly staff with great service. Had the 16oz Riley and was very tasty. I suggest getting the loaded mash.

Just love Texas Roadhouse. This location was fabulous! The steak was cooked to perfection! The accompanying meals were equally as delicious! I set up online so the wait time was 15-20 minutes...perfect driving time. Wait staff was wonderful and my server was amazing! 5 ? Star review.
Definitely one of the best Restaurants in Victoria! I give them five stars because that's the max but they deserve more. Our appetizers were hot and delicious, then our steaks were absolutely perfect. Flavorful as well as cooked to perfection. But the service we recieved was by far what made our meal amazing. We will definitely be back soon. ❤
