Went to pick up a quick dinner after driving into town to visit family. Had a coupon for a foot long, parents had a buy one foot long get one free. Employee argued with me that we could not both use coupons although separate paying customers(mind you I am 44 so my Mommy wasn’t paying for mine). I reiterated that we were separate paying customers, theirs/mine.She had to call the manager and get approval for 2 separate paying customers to each use a coupon. I have never?Not rocket science

Such rude employees. I visited moody location around 6 p.m. the employees that was working doing on line order tells the consumer they have to do the order first before serving the consumer. Then proceed to talk with the manager he tells me that subway says that online orders are fist when their was two employees working. The Customers then came after me order was taking. If need watch cameras to see what exactly going on in your store because that not acceptable. Then you have josh( the manager that working sitting in his car after I tell him what the employees done an said. In response to this I will be calling corporate.

Great customer service! This Subway makes a damn good sandwich.. something I can't say about the other Subways around Victoria.
I tried the steak wrap for the first time and it was delicious! A little more money than I expected to pay, but it was a lot of sandwich. Will return soon for another one.!!!
Very friendly service and your sandwich is prepared exactly to how you order it. Different setup because it is inside the Conoco gas station but still great service.
