The young lady had great customer service. I ordered a new drink I just learned and she was helpful and patient.
The frappe’s are the best thing there. Great environment and staff is very friendly
Tasty seasonal Pistachio Frap & cake pops for my children and the staff were kind & attentive. It, however, took a while for our order and they were posting window orders at the bar.
Currently, shortages have downgraded one of my favorite places..excellent meeting, group atmosphere, while also a great lonesome getaway.

It’s always packed, and that’s because it’s the only place in town where you can go in and get a decent dark roast. The people who work there are pretty nice - the management team evidently believes customer service is important - and they actually know how to pour coffee, which, shouldn’t seem like an achievement until we consider that there are baristas in other local coffee shops who can’t get it right. I wish Starbucks would give customers a chance to tip using credit card. But that’s really a corporate issue, the local people have nothing to do with that decision.
Great customer service, line gets long easily, usually end up going to target location since it’s faster, but overall this location always gets my drinks right.
Coffee with an attitude. We all know we can make our own coffee at home, but you can't get the high society feel of a coffee shop at your house. I love an occasional attitude filled coffee. Either to give me a smile, or share with someone close.This location has friendly barista's, decent snacks, a friendly environment, and plenty of flavors and temps for your next coffee-tude.
Edit 11/21:Doing a little better, cleaner, less frowny, but still can't make drinks correctlyEdit 7/2/21:No TP, door didn't lock in bathroom, front counter facing customers was sticky, dirty, gross. The young lady was rude when told (politely) that they forgot the syrup in my kids frappacinos. Guess she wanted then to drink them unsweetened? They put so much steamed cream in my coffee it looked and tasted like just hot milk. Again, very rude girl. Mind you there were 6 or 7 people working and only a couple of people inside and 2 in the drive thru. Zero excuse for the lack of competence, cleanliness and basic hospitality and customer service.Will not stop at this Starbucks anymore.
Consistency out of product, very long drive through line, and very often get your drink order wrong. There are some serious issues with Managment of this Starbucks.
