Terrible service. I ordered a pizza picked it up. Reality they gave me an old pizza cold, also did not give me what I ordered. I would not buy pizza there anymore.
Ordered online @11:46 am. Time given for delivery 12:36pm. After several calls..only one answered, put on hold and hung up on or not answered didnt get my order until 1:53 pm!!! No apology or explanation from Sylvia (RGM) or the delivery driver (Adrian). Had to call the other Pizza Hut location to get a number. They were unable to give me corporate number but took my name and number. It is now 8 pm and no one bothered to call me. Very unhappy with the service i received today!!

Pizza Hut on 7002 NÉ Zac Lentz Parkway has THE NICEST delivery guy. I wish I caught his name. He remembered we have dogs and a little one that’s sleeping so he called before he came to tell me he was walking up the driveway. Had a nice little convo with him and off he went! Being kind and little things mean the most!

When I ordered a Cesar Salad I expected romaine or green leaf lettuce not iceburg. I know some things are unavailable these days, but some pieces were brown. Pizza was great!
I understand inflation but paying over $30 for a large pizza is ridiculous. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite as a child. My suggestion is to create more specials for families that enjoy more than one measly topping on their pizza.
Pizza was really undercooked. We should have thrown it in the oven before eating it. Sauces were extremely watery.
