typically a good place... but today i went there...and EVERYTHING i asked for they were out of. like seriously? Im in managment so i do understand the struggle sometimes.. but this isnt a first....last week..same problem! no sesame chicken...no soy sauce. no egg rolls. no fountain. the food i settled on was fresh and was good. but im just disspointed..when u spend so much on eating out..u expect to get what u are wanting when u go there. period. maybe it will get fixed and i can change my review.. after going thru the drive thru i went to the rest toom. womens restroom had NO SOAP.. went to just do a rinse with water..it wouldnt work..so i had to go into the mens restroom to wash my hands...which leaves u wondering...how are the women emplees washing their hands?? thats very concearning. hoping i get a reply as to when these issues will be fixed.. good managment could and should have all of this under control. period!
I love Panda Express for it's consistent quality and its syrupy sweet take on Chinese-like food; I just didn't like it at this location today. Instead of the expected good sized portions of chunks of tender chicken, coated in their proprietary treacly glazing, I received small portions of pebble sized poultry. Disappointing.
I was here for an hour for one bigger plate, was mischarged by their mistake because they weren't paying attention, then got a smaller size than what I was supposed to for one of my entrees because they didn't want to admit to or fix their mistake about mischarging me. Had no ice in the soda machine, was very dismissive and had poor attitudes. I work in customer service so I more than understand having a long day, but that was absolutely ridiculous. The ONLY good thing about coming was the quality of the food itself. Cooks were great tonight. Oh and my cashier was Lidia.
Food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. Easy to see why it's always busy.
Horrible service. Girls at window were short with us and rude. They said if we didn’t like it (their attitudes), we could go somewhere else. The manager stood up for their behavior and hung up when I called to address how they treat customers. Need a more mature manager and different employees. Bunch of kids.
Terrible experience in the drive through. Person was extremely rude. When we spoke up after the lady said she couldn't hear us we were suddenly screaming according to her. Food has been going downhill anyway. Had several orders missing food In the recent past or messed up with the wrong items. Employees have been rude as well.
I ate here a few weeks ago and I was extremely disappointed… I literally got six pieces of shrimp in each of my walnut shrimp bowls and there was more rice in the bowl than usual when I have ordered this dish. I literally paid $25 for rice. Maybe it was an off day because it was a Saturday afternoon. When I visit Victoria again I will not be giving this location my business. I sincerely hope this was a one off and hasn’t happened to anyone else.
Today was one of 3 separate occasions with the same server when I didn't receive my order in full. Before I pulled out I looked at my order and noticed food was missing, I then informed the lady that the order was incomplete, and she replied in a disrespectful tone " what food " and the lady STILL manages to give me an incomplete order even after asking me and looking at the receipt. This is unprofessional on many levels and I hope the sever with glasses , whos name on the receipt is Nariah ( I'm hoping its her ) gets some type of training. It shouldn't be soo hard to charge me and put the order in the bag in full.
Food is just ok. Service is a problem because it's so hard to communicate with some of the people operating the drive thru window.
Everything was good I liked it.My first time ever eating there.
