Placed an order for two plates, was told they would be ready in 10-15 mins. I arrived after 20 mins due to traffic and was told to wait out front. Over another 20 mins later I get told they have ran out of a sidedish on my plate. 5 more minutes later I finally get my food, staff not really helpful. Be honest about your wait times, if your busy say it will take longer. Food was ok.
Ordered the fish sandwich. It may have just been the luck of the draw, but the fish didn't even cover half the bun and the fries were cold.
Why wasting time with other managers why you have a trusted manager who is very reliable and dependable hurry up and start your trade with Mr Douglas Martin he's the best among all. I have tried 12 of them but he prove me right and help me gaining high profit. Rude staff, manager included. Gave them ten got change for a five. I don't go there any longer, this was on a Wednesday in December. I wrote before, but somehow it didn't post. I really hate complaining about a stupid drink, but it's the principle. If someone tried to do something, it would be different. Guess someone needs the money more than a retired disabled Man on a fixed income. I'm calling it even, if my review posts.
This was drive thru service. Best experience I've had going thru the drive thru. The order taker/drive thru lady was exceptional. Food was fantastic. I would highly recommend eating there.
Chicken's okay but it's too darn dry! And also sometimes it smells burn like they're still using the same grease over and over!
Outstanding staff and service I’ve never been to this place before but I now realize it is well worth the wait even though the white one that long at all great job good team of guys and gals keep it up you got me coming back for more!
Went there for gizzards and the 3 piece chicken dinner. We went through the drive thru and the girls was pretty dang rude. I told her I wanted the gizzard dinner, she says they don’t do a dinner (yet it’s on the menu) then I ask her what meat is on the 3pc chicken dinner she says whatever is cooked. By then dealing with her rudeness I tild her never mind.I drove to the other Moo Moo’s on Moody. Mary was exceptional! She said they do indeed have a gizzard dinner and actually told me what kind of meat was on the 3pc. I will never go to this location again. The drive to the Moody location is very well worth it!! We need more “Mary’s” in Victoria! Her customer service is amazing!
Great food! I really liked their chicken strips and their chicken fried steak sandwich! The double dang and mother of all dangs is next on my list to try.
Not the friendliest. I was there 20 minutes b4 closing, and they were out of almost everything! But best chicken in town!
