Drive. Thru employees are rude..took my granddaughter to get a happy meal stood inside for more then 30 minutes waiting n even at that they even gave me a wrong order n no drink SERIOUSLY
Food fresh most of the time, and they usually fix things pretty easily when they make a mistake. Love the Mocha Iced Coffee
There was no one watching the counter to take orders, and no one to be seen in the kitchen either. This particular location on Houston Highway has gone way downhill in the last 2 years.When there are employees there working….they act as though they are doing you a favor by taking your order and doing what they are paid to do.
Poor customer service! Manager saw people waiting to order and just ignored them. Burger looked liked it was thrown together by a 1yr.old and that be a insult to a 1yr old.
I was an employee and felt it necessary to quit my job because they were allowing the managers to come to work sick. I contracted Covid from my night manager.
Wrong order twice. They did fix it cashier was very kind. Employee in back complained loud enough for costumers in front to hear. That was not nice!
Food tasted good but when you order a large French fry that's what you expect not this
I was in the drive thru almost an hour, after about 10 mins waiting to order I finally said hello and was able to order. Got to the first window to pay and noticed there was items missing from my order on the receipt that was almost $30 already. So I paid another $6 for the missing items, then waiting the remaining 30 mins or so to get my frappe the wrong flavor which they did fix right away, and then in the bag, the original missing items that I paid for weren’t in the bag, so I tell the lady and she tells me what i ordered and then I had to remind her that she was the one who fixed my order at the other window and then she remembered and gave me the missing items. Then after I left, i realized there was no straws in either of the bags for my 2 drinks. Maybe they’re short-handed and I understand the length of time it can take if they’re going one order at a time, but if that’s the case, it shouldn’t be messed up that many times within an hour of me waiting.
At times, the lines both inside and out are long due to popularity and the very busy street traffic at this location in town. That speaks loudly compared to a restaurant with no customers inside or out.
All I have to say is... Really? I understand this is a fast food restaurant. But I paid to have a full carton of fresh fries. Not a half full carton of soggy fries... Please do better McDonalds.
