This was the worst experience ever!! I have never ever been to a McDonald’s where management is so unorganized and miss treating to their employees!! Not to mention how they are yelling like crazy people in front of all the customers!! Totally not acceptable!!! I definitely would not recommend this place!!! Management needs to be FIRED!!!!!
They have the worst employees . Very rude. I called to see if they’re open and they answered and said “how can I help u” and then just hang up just because I called. It’s 10:10. and they close at 12:00. Nonsense.
I had thought this location had a play place, and was at first disappointed when I saw it didn't. Then we saw the area that had games and a wall monitor to play on. In the corner, was a table lit with colored lights from underneath. My son and older nephew immediately started playing the games on the wall, while my sister and my younger nephew sat with me at the lit table. My younger nephew is very autistic. I thought he would enjoy the lights. I had no idea how interactive it would be! The lights changed color, not just on their own, but by moving your hand over the surface. I don't have the words to explain how delighted this made my young nephew. Where I had at first felt bad for the three boys at not having the play place, they ended up having even more fun here! I was so impressed I went to the register to compliment the manager. He then came to our table with free small ice creams and toys for the boys! We were so thankful, but my young nephew also has a hard time with really hot or cold items and does not eat ice cream. The manager, Christopher, left and came back again with a Cinnamon Roll for him! I was completely amazed at the level of kindness and customer service provided to us! I don't have enough words to offer thanks!
Worst experience ever for some drinks i waited more then 30 min with one person Infront of me.
Food is always hot and fresh and comes out quick!
This McDonald’s location has THE BEST customer service! I frequent this location almost on a daily basis and will make every effort to go in the mornings. I drive out of my way just to go to this McDonald’s. The ladies in the morning know me by my voice and order. I am welcomed, asked how I am doing and given a sincere goodbye, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Thank you, McDonald’s #2359!! Y’all are awesome!
Service is slow to wait on me at counter..waited 4 minutes before I could be acknowledged
Customer service was bad not really clean,and I ordered me a Frappuccino around 9 and they said that the machine was closed down for cleaning, I asked if I could wait around for the machine to be cleaned we cleaned but the lady just seemed like she had a attitude and didn't want to do it so I left and went to a different McDonald's
Usually the food here is top notch for a McDonalds, but ugh even the fries were bad. Evidently whoever is putting condiments on the burgers has a ketchup or mustard allergy because there was hint of condiment so the burgers were the epitome of dry. Ask for extra ketchup or whatever, because otherwise it's a dry fest.
