Didn’t get past the stench. Couldn’t fathom being able to enjoy eating anything there. Dirty mop bucket smell. ?
I guess the workforce shortage is affecting everyone, but bottom line.... you can't hire kids to manage kids! we walked in and the smell was horrific!! I don't know if it was sour mop, or something one of these kids was cooking in the back, but it was absolutely terrible! they were almost completely out of waffle cone (which, for an ice cream shop, is completely unacceptable!!), my wife's ice cream and mine had ice crystals in it and tasted like freezer burn, and the child working behind the counter was completely unapologetic like she couldn't care less.... this place has gone way downhill, and I wouldn't go back if they offered it free of charge......
Service is good.Ice cream portions are horrible now.My daughter got a cone, we had to pay for 2 scoops and still the ice cream was well below the top of the cone.My milk shake was just that, a "milk" shake, very runny, very little ice cream.Not good for service.
The ice cream is good and the employees are nice and courteous. Sometimes the ice cream looks really soft and melted (usually when they combine tubs) and we skip out on those flavors when that happens. Besides that, the interior really needs some work. Badly. Ducktape holding things together. Mysterious stains (looks like mold) on the wall... it definitely takes away the feeling of treating yourself when the place is falling apart. If they could fix that, they'd earn 5 stars all day every day.
It's been years since I've been. Slow service due to many customers and only one employee on a Sunday afternoon. Besides that everything was good.
We went this evening for dessert and my heart went out for the lady behind the counter. She was the only one working and she had a line outside the door..Loved how she kept her composure and still had amazing customer service.

I love the ice cream but experience get worse each time
I love Marble Slab, but the one in Victoria just gets worse and worse with each new hire. It seems like there is zero time put into training them. I went there with my mom and the employee said they didn’t know how to make the purchase count towards the rewards app. They said they’d have to ask a manager and seemed too uncomfortable to actually go ask them. The icecream is yummy but the employees need to be better trained.
