This place is HORRIBLE if you want hygienic employees who don't take 30 minutes just to get your food ready. Each time I've ordered ahead with the app and gotten there, I've had to wait over 20 minutes in their drive-thru with only a single car. But the event today that sealed the deal for me never going again was having to wait nearly an hour.I ordered ahead at 4:50pm, receieved the notification my card was charged, drove over in 10 minutes, and they tell me they didn't get it. I show them the receipt for both the app and the email confirming it, and they just shrug their shoulders. So I make a duplicate order, place it, and they received it. They then pull me to the parking lot where I sit waiting for 25 minutes. By this time it's already 5:40pm, and a lady finally comes out with my 2 burgers and 2 sides. I ask her how I can get a refund for the first order they supposedly didn't get, and she WIPES HER SNOT ON HER COLLAR while replying she doesn't know. I ask her if she can find out, she days sure, goes in, and never comes out again. After waiting 15 minutes I drive home. Most ridiculous fast food experience I've ever had and the fact they have no customer service phone call makes this experience even more infuriating.
Well this is not Esmeralda I'm her mom today came to eat in This jack in the Box 5229 Navarro just looking in the kitchen is all dirty the floors all sticking all the doors , windows dirty they need to close it to clean it all inside and outside and have to sanitizer all the place too my first time cause I noticed it is dirty was telling my kids about it if another person would stop by there that more meaner they will be closed for Good !!
It is normally never like me to leave a bad review but I will say this is a unique circumstance that I have never come across before we went to Jack-in-the-Box tonight because it was convenient for me and my family we spent about $63 between me and my three boys which in my mind is an abnormal amount but they like to eat we ordered eight burgers and a hot and spicy chicken sandwich along with fries and drinks when we got to the parking lot and checked the food we realize they have charged us for nine burgers and no chicken sandwich when we went back through the drive-through they said they did not mess up the order they did not charge us for a chicken sandwich and the receipt shows they charge just for nine burgers and we only received eight they were not willing to accommodate the situation at all I will tell you this is one of the worst customer experiences of my life within a three minute window they refused to help us out I Will never do business with him again and I will always use this as an exceptionally bad customer service event at every conference and meeting for years to come
Horrible..just closed the lobby due to no employees...this place is getting worse and worse..owner/management.Is non existent at this place..Food is cold or incorrect every single time.Normally don't write reviews..but miss the good Ole days of J in B...I will say they usually have good breakfast Jack's..Everything else sucks.
The breakfast meat and cheese burrito was poorly made and the hash rows was oily. The drink i ordered was returned, it was pure carbonated water without any flavor. Obviously, no one had checked the machine this morning for consistency. Could only get unsweetened iced tea as a replacement. Just an unsatisfactory visit, seemed understaffed and it showed on the employees. The three workers, one a shift or local manager, all looked stressed and overworked. The food quality reflected that.
I love JIB & I always will. THIS particular store has major issues. It's not the associates . I can only imaģine how frustrated they are It took approx 15 min to PLACE our order... Customers were backing out of line. Food was delicious.
If I could put NO STARS I would!!!! This is not ok!!! We waited 40 minutes in drive thru for absolutely nothing!!! They ONLY ONE that was doing his job was I believe his name is Tyler!! The guy in the picture was horrible and so is his GIRLFRIEND who just happened to supposedly be the MANAGER ON DUTY!!!! They need to get rid of both of them asap!!!!
Food was great ,but I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes for a $10 order with only 2. Ars in front of me during lunch time.
Will not eat here again. After waiting 30 minutes for an order I went home to find I had been given a completely different order from the one I placed and the food was cold and stale despite having waited on it to be made. This has happened several times now.
They CHANGED the BUTTERY JACK & still charging more! ($5.69) Same as double meat double cheese Ultimate burger! I ordered 3 Buttery Jack's last night noticing the MEAT patties were not the same & 1 didn't have herb butter. I went by and they said they changed the meat to the flat reg lrg patty like on a regular Jumbo Jack. It is NOT 1/4lb patty like the website says. Why pay the same high price for 1 dry piece of meat & cheese when you can double & bacon for same price?
