Wow, I have never been to a Jack in the box this bad. Guy taking our order was so distracted and kept messing it up. We ordered a large soda and received it warm, flat and with no ice. Had to pull around to the front and wait about 10 minutes for two burgers. I ended up going inside to check it out and see what happened to the ice. They said the ice machine was broken. I said I wish I would've know or I wouldn't have ordered a large. Mysteriously one of the workers produced some ice.? Then the food came, shame on me for not checking the order, got in the car and started to drive away to find out the order was wrong!. Drive back, went inside again to have it fixed. While waiting, looking around I should've just gotten my money back. The place was FILTHY. Food and trash everywhere, workers seemed to be cracked out of their minds and completely distracted by everything. All in all worst fast food experience and I really hope I don't get sick, I have no idea how long those patties had been sitting, but they were not hit when we finally got them, cheese wasn't even melted on the ultimate 'cheeseburger'...
This place has gone downhill fast. I'm assuming they can't find a good manager and it shows. The restaurant is always dirty, they are always out of product, and the food quality is just bad.Response to company's response.. Extremely slow drive though. Their shake machine has been broken for months. And every time the curly fries are over cooked and gross. So dissatisfied and not worth it. Go to the one on Navarro.

Try a crazy flavor of a Coke product from the fantastic drink machine at Jack in the box! So good! The Loaded Breakfast Sandwich really is loaded, a great big ol breakfast!
Third time here and everytime made to pull around and wait..from time of order to receiving order has been 15 to 25 minute wait .. Also may be due to there being only 1 worker from the looks of it. Dont expect your order fresh..it will always have been just sitting on a warmer forever and 2 of last three times they get the order wrong. Maybe they should pay workers better to motivate them to stay. This is my last time coming to this location. It ia a joke at thispoint.
Waited 15 minutes to order. When we finally got our order, we were told the ice cream was out so they didn't make the milk shake, didn't ask if we wanted a different drink, no sauces for the tiny tacos, and the sourdough patty melt was so cold, the cheese didn't even think about melting. If that wasn't bad enough, she charged us for someone else's meal and couldn't figure out how to fix it. We will never go back to that location again.
Took the staff 30mins to get my food together and out while 9 drive threw cars got their orders right away. With only TWO WORKERS in the whole restaurant I was trying to be understanding but that ended once I realized the girl was making the old man put together ALL the alone while she walked around and ignored others who wore also inside trying to order. I don't see how either of these places stay open when they can't even hire people who care to actually work. That whole place was being run by a single old guy who really looked close to 60yrs old I felt bad for him that this young women put the whole responsibility on him but also wanna give that guy a round of applause for stepping up like he did and handled it all on his own knowing she wasn't going to get anything done on her own. Poor guy deserves a rise or at least manager status after what I saw.
Ray was such a great person! He had a great personality and made our food fresh, even tho he was working on his own… Thank you Ray, the food was delicious!!
This location has been going downhill fast. They are always out of stuff. Never get full order. Always get attitude from personnel. Every time I decide to try them again I get disappointed. Maybe it's my fault. Maybe I expect to much, all I want is the food on the menu from people that like their job.
