Nice place to take love ones
I ordered the cheese crusted four cheese melt and was given just a grilled cheese with no queso. When they took it back to get the cheese crust, this is what I was given. Was told the cook just didn’t know how to make it.I don’t understand if they can’t make it, then say something instead of this mess.
Ordered a Cheese Crusted Four Cheese Melt with poblano queso. Received a grilled cheese and fries. When I mentioned the cheese crust, they returned with this. Just two pieces of cold cheese thrown on top. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.
I ordered the French toast breakfast platter. Plenty to eat. Couldn't finish it. My grandson has the child chicken and waffles. He lived it. He wanted dessert so the manager brought him a strawberry crepe with whipped cream. He thoroughly enjoyed that too.
Literally, every table had garbage on it. They never bused the tables our whole visit. The manager is just walking around doing nothing. Staff seemed more interested in having conversation rather than doing their jobs. Food was sloppy. Milkshake was more milk than shake. And the A/C must have been off because it was humid inside. I would not recommend it to anyone. The entire establishment was disgusting. The health inspector needs to pay a visit.
Not good! Over fried eggs with a small burger. We got plastic silverware only us. Waitress never came back to refill drinks or check if we needed anything. Bad service! Very disappointing! Never again!! Too sad for the so called happy hour. Came out smelling like old grease! No air circulation or ventilation! Waitress complaining that she had to work or manager; no telling. IHOP has gone down!! Good luck if you want to eat there!
Waitress said that all ihops threw there silverware away do to the pandemic we got cheap plastic which had to be replaced numerous times for them breaking, we called a few IHOP's out of town and asked if they threw there silverware away and serve plastic and they all laughed and said no, we'd never use plastic. Lol
We waited over an hour and, got sat at a dirty table. Then we ordered our drinks and the sweet tea was REALLY old and it had soured. My husband coffee was brought to him in a mug that was dirty and had crumbs and food residue all over it. The waitress was very rude. We left before our food got there because everything was so filthy and disgusting. Won’t be going back.
Usually very good, but not tonight. Waffle was undercooked, waitress forgot to order my hash browns, and while trying enjoy the peace and quiet (I was the only one there) I had to listen to the videos the employees were watching on their phones. I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because they usually are very good.
They have a gluten friendly menu. Not gluten free. I had a friend with me who could read the really tiny, fine print. It states that the gluten friendly items are cooked in shared fryers and griddle. This is cross contamination. They cover their butt with the fine print. Yet no where did the gluten friendly section tell you to go read the disclaimer. Waitstaff was untrained about how things were cooked.
