I got their breakfast burritos once. Great. Came back for dinner. I got ribeye steak and shrimp plate. Came with rice and beans, 2 tortillas, and guacamole for 16.99. Great value overall.Steak was cooked correctly. It tastes great. A thinner cut, is to be expected at that price.Grilled Shrimp was great flavor wise, but on the dry rubbery size (a bit overcooked). Tortillas were great. Although Dinner only came with 2 wish it had 3.Queso was the best part, salsa was tasty with perfect amount of heat. Chips seemed to be either stale or overcooked though. Very hard to chew, some flimsy.Blue Hawaiian mixed drink was great.Overall a solid choice.
I enjoy Guadalajara; their breakfast tacos are the best! The sampler plate is excellent too. I like the quesadilla plate and their margaritas. The mango is my favorite, and they make an exquisite Blue Hawaiian, too :p 10/10 recommend.
BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN VICTORIA!!- fast service-homemade tortillas- fast seating- fast drive through!My boyfriend and I come every other week to get the quesadillas and they are SO delicious. The reason we come is because the tortillas are homemade. Food is always warm, waitress comes and checks on us frequently and it is not expensive for the amount/ quality we receive. Can’t beat it!

Great drinks, great food. The waitress was a little inattentive. And was sitting in a booth when I was leaving and hadn't been to my table in a while. I will definitely be going back, but not because of the great service.
Food was trash. Ordered a number one add grilled shrimp and when I got to the window she didn't put the grilled shrimp then she told the cook in Spanish to add shrimp because I barely ordered it. When I ordered it in the drive through. Beans were good fajitas were flavor less. Shrimp was not good at all.
Excellent food and service! We called Hector this morning to discuss a mixup in the drive through the night before and he was quick to remedy it and asked us to come back for a better experience. We did and will be back soon! Thank you, Hector!
