THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD.... THE PEOPLE who work their SADLY NOT KIND AT ALL??
On Saturday Jan 8I ordered 4 meals in the drive thru. When good was delivered 2 burgers were missing.i immediately went back into the store to get the missing items. Instead of replacing the items they asked me to bring the bags back into the store. The lady at the counter became upset when I asked" If I'm trying to get free burgers what will me bringing the bags back in prove? If I were free loading wouldn't I just take the burgers out b4 I bought the bags back in? The manger came up said the same thing that the associate said. Stated that the policy is to bring the bags back in. She then began arguing with me. It's amazing how people that work in customer service industries have no customer service skills. It's freaking insulting to be accused of trying to steal 2 burgers that I just paid 30 for. So I told them if i bring the bags back in I wanted my money back. So Instead of replacing the missing burgers she gave me my money back. Winder how they will explain the missing 30 considering she gave me cask when I paid with credit card. Karma is a bi... Won't change anything, because you can't fix stupid or incompetence.
Normally we go here for blizzards. We've never had a bad experience until recently. I usually don't do this but man, this was bad enough to mention. I order two blizzards and the guy at the drive-thru sounded really snippy with me. No biggie I guess, everyone gets tired. But the pecan pie blizzard I got tasted like sawdust in vanilla ice cream. I've ordered this blizzard multiple times in November and it was amazing so it was quite a shock. If they were out of supplies or something to make it correctly, I wish the guy who took my order would have just told me. Or maybe he didn't know how to properly make it? Either way, the service was really gross tonight. I can't stomach eating the blizzard I brought home. It's actually really bad, which is upsetting since I was crazy about this particular flavor when it was introduced. I hope service gets better here. Just avoid going later at night and avoid the pecan pie blizzard I guess.
Takes forever to place an order and poor customer service... slow order preparation....

There was a veteran in front of us and when he ordered that lady cashier took his order and ranged it up and he said right after she ranked it up he said that he was a veteran and she said she couldn't do anything about it that she had ranged it up she could have easily canceled it and then rerang his order up and given him his veteran discount and then the manager comes in laughing about it that wasn't right at all our order was sent to the side and the tacos that we ordered was cold and the cashier was at a corner eating something when the manager was in the back I wish more people would complain about this there was another couple behind us they didn't get their kids fries and then when they asked for it they didn't get it until they were leaving so I rate them very low very low.
Food good but took forever to get it! Went to drive through, only one car in front of me, ordered only a grilled chicken sandwich and it took 15 minutes! The girl that finally brought it out didn’t apologize for the wait and didn’t say thank you! Whatever happened to good, friendly customer service?
