Went for a late night snack. Cashier was great. Person taking orders did not know what brand of root beer they carry even though its says it on the fountain. We waited 10 min after paying to get our food. We ate in the parking lot wanting the food to be hot but the tacos I ordered were soggy and meat was cold. The fries my husband received were warm but his burger was cold.
I have personally worked here at this location and it sucks!The GM is VERY rude. The food is not that great and the restrooms are always a mess. Would not recommend working at this location
The manager (did not catch name) and cashier, Samantha, was absolutely rude for no reason. Horrendous attitude and customer service. Snide comments. Not worth the money for horrible experience.
Good standard DQ store. Blizzards are excellent. Had Strawberry blizzard. Tasted like real strawberries.
I had a "Frozen Hot Cocoa". It didn't taste like hot cocoa to me. I went to ask to be sure but she reassured me it was, as long as it had ice chips in it. I tastes like a hot fudge shake that wasn't blended well enough. And I also didn't get the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle like in the picture in the advertisement. I was not happy with it.
They have a fabulous breakfast. Love the BIG breakfast. If I eat it I don't need lunch. Personnel always pleasant to us. And we can dine in.
Getting worse every time. I like the menú and at least I grab something to go twice a week. The People working is incompetent. I get my order incomplete, not once, always... service sucks. ??
Staff at drive in window tonight told me she had already put my order in because she thought I was done ordering. When I asked her to add to my order I was met with impatience. Staff that delivered my order to the car asked if I had Chicken tenders. I said yes so she hsnds me one box and walks away. i called her back to tell her I had more to my order and her response was "well thats not your order then is it" Very sarcastic. We were spending about 75 a week there but after multiple times of rude and incompetent staff, we are done.
This store is good about getting your order correct and the few times I've ever seen a customer take an order back, they happily replace it.
Ice cream is delicious, everything on the menu is great I can go into details, but leaving this short, if you like classic style carhop dinner. This is the place, cold drink snowflake ice jus melt s in your mouth.
