The food is usually okay. But the cleanliness of this restaurant is the worst I’ve seen of all the ? restaurants I’ve been to. It’s just sticky everywhere, on everything. You wash you hands in the DARK women’s bathroom only to have to wash it again after you touch the door. It’s just nasty. The whole restaurant needs a good scrub down. The service is extremely slow. I had refused to go back a few years ago, but some plans fell through, and it was one of the only restaurants available for the day and time needed... and same experience as previously. Slow with getting drinks, and food. Poor servers/bartenders seem like they are not fully staffed and always in a panic. Food was decent, but 2 people at my table had issues with their simple order. Chili's will always be my last resort.
This place is my Go-to when I want chips and salsa and something different . The service is usually kind of slow, but I never go in a rush so it's not a big deal. I usually sit near the bar and love the atmosphere.
The old timer burger I ordered was WAY overcooked like almost burnt, My husband's fajita mix chicken and steak, the chicken was good but the steak was horrible it was like someone dumped a bottle of cumin on it almost inedible ??
Fast service and great food. Loved the ribs. Only thing I didn't like is everything is done on a phone app. I'm old school and like looking at the menu. Definitely will go back and would recommend to friends.
only good thing was our waitress amber, incredibly nice and apologetic, most staff were clearly not working at all, one wearing flannel over disheveled looking clothes, and people screaming order every twelve seconds making everyone in the resturaunt on edge, 30-45 minute wait, they were clealy not under staffed and only a third of the resturaunt was full, still waited over an hour for any food after the wait. Hope you guys are doing ok.
Such a disappointment.. we were visiting from out of town and decided to go to Chili’s because we can generally trust the brand. The Victoria location was clearly an anomaly. They said they were short staffed, and warned us there would be longer than normal wait times to be seated, but we agreed and waited anyway, and eventually seated ourselves at the bar.We had plans later that evening and Chili’s is generally pretty quick, but FORTY minutes after we ordered, our food came out, so we had to tell them immediately to box it up. The worst part for me was that the bartender and server could clearly see we were frustrated and didn’t even apologize for the length of time they had us waiting.If a restaurant knows it’s going to to take that long to get food out to their patrons, they need to be transparent about it, and not hold their customers hostage while remaining silent about their order. We will not be visiting again. The only reason they didn’t get 1 star is that the food was at least good once we got it.
Chili's was usually good but this time the waitress was very helpful and very courteous she was very nice and very professional and taking our order. But the cooks or whoever was to bring our food out we had to wait over an hour and a half before we got our meal to eat it was cold wasn't cooked as ordered and our other party had already finished eating before we even got power I was very dissatisfied this time around
The burger was dry and almost burnt ,steak fajitas were almost inedible, the chicken fajitas were good
