Ordered 2 separate orders & left and only to find out they forgot my my daughter's chicken strips & fries. I called due to them closing in 2 mins and a guy answered phone and said if I come back they have it ready for me. So I then explained I was right down road ill be right there. I think called back to let them know I was heading back be there in 5 minutes I was helping a older person who broke down they said that was fine. I then pull up to the drive through and explain to the girl why I'm there and she says let me get someone to help you. A manager I'm guessing came to window and I then explained that I can not come back tomorrow I'm from out of town and it's not my fault they messed up and I spoke with someone and they said that was fine they was waiting for me and they would have it ready for me. So the lady then left to get another manager and they didn't want to make food nor give
Never really go to chic fil a anymore, it became over rated and over priced. I decided to go there tonight to get some chicken noodle soup and some nuggets. Asked for mayonnaise, chic fil a sauce and ketchup. Got home and nothing was in the bag , not even one freaking napkin !! To begin with they were really rude when taking our order!!! Definitely won’t be going back there!!!
As great a job as Chick-fil-A does for lunch and dinner, I found that it should be avoided for breakfast.My order was for a sausage biscuit, OJ, and coffee. The biscuit was mediocre, and the coffee only came in one size, medium. To make matters worse, the cup was only filled to about 75% of capacity or a full 2 inches below the top. For all of this I paid over $7 or close to a normal lunch chicken combo. Overpriced - poor value.Drive through service was efficient as the breakfast traffic was a fraction of the the capacity as the restaurant is set up to handle the hoards at lunch hour.
Was greeted with a smile, outstanding customer service, the restaurant was very clean. Fast at getting my food and what can you say the food was so delicious, if I could give it more stars I would.

We went thru the drive thru at 3:00 and it took 30+ minutes, they didn’t have anyone out taking orders. Not what I expect of a typical chick fil a & after all that they go out order wrong ?
Flavor for the Chick-fil-A chicken is the BEST in town. My wife tried the Chicken Tortilla Soup and she really liked it.
Jasmine was who helped us and she really was such a pleasant person to talk to. I was in a bad mood and having a hard day but she was just really sweet and helpful. You never know how much it means to have someone just be really nice and helpful when having a hard day. Thanks Jasmine, I hope you end up running the store one day, your attitude certainly will help!!
Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A it's so amazing we love their spicy chicken sandwiches they are the bomb? ??
