Service was good. Food was just okay; we got the sour cream chicken enchilada dinner and it was very dry. Very little sauce and the chicken may have been canned or maybe left over from yesterday? Chips were okay. Green sauce was from a squeeze bottle and not cold or hot. The margarita was good. Maybe it depends on what you order but we paid over $50 for three adult lunches, an appetizer, and a margarita.
Casa Jalisco is such a great restraunt. I always hear nothing but good things about this restaurant. I tried it out for the first time a few days ago, and the food was absolutely divine! So I will be eating here more often, and I greatly recommend eating here! The service is fantastic, and so is their lemonade! I tried the Jaliscochanga, and it was pretty big, but I ate every bite of it. The tortas are excellent; the chicken salad is also delicious. Everything is so tasteful and fresh. All the servers there are very nice, helpful, and friendly.
. They get one star but I'd rather give zero stars. We had a party of 13 and they did not tell anyone they would be charging a 50% gratuity on every one's order. We all paid separate did not make much fuss or mess and everyone tipped at the table. I also tipped again when I paid. When I called to ask about the charge I was told your server should have told you. This place sucked the service wasn't worth the gratuity and the food wasn't great. We got cheese fries and it barely had cheese I asked for more and they brought back cold shredded cheese. I give this place a big middle finger up.

If you like grease and no taste come here. Told them my order of queso was nothing but grease and they said “sorry if you don’t like it but we can’t do anything about it”.
The shredded chicken quesadillas were delicious, the rice was somewhat a little hard and the beans were great...the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the waitress never came to ask us for another drink refill and didn't even bring our food out it was either the cook or the manager he was really nice. Well be back!
