Great food and friendly staff with a great environment

If you want to go here have your name skipped over the list and be called a B WORD then this is the place for you. Absolutely awful place to go! 10/10 do not recommend

We’ve been here several times before with no complaints. We sat 5 at the grill with 3 others not in our party. Our chef was new. 1st weekend on the job new. The rice was burnt, noodles were burnt, shrimp was over cooked, steaks given to the wrong person, vegetables were hard and cold. My husband pulled the manager Chris aside and spoke to him about the issues. The money spent in this place is quite a bit for 3 or more people. Chris told my husband “well I can give a little off **$18** but I can’t not put him on the floor because then my customers will be lined out the door.That’s not the attitude to have. Because if customers are willing to spend $150+ on food they aren’t going to be satisfied with it being burnt or over/under cooked.Definitely deserved way more off our bill and Chris should do better as a manager. Customers would rather wait for a chef that delivers good food to them, than have someone new burn their food. And then get brushed off by the manager.

First time visiting. We had 4 or 5 different rolls and all were great. Had a couple appetizers those were also tasty! Ordered combo fried rice and also loved it! Service was excellent. Definitely going back !

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING. Prices on the menu and online are not what they end up charging you. We went to happy hour on a Tuesday at 4pm because the happy hour prices online looked decent. When we got our bill everything we ordered (4 person tab) except for 1 or 2 items was upcharged. When we asked to speak with a manager they said there’s nothing they could do, sorry prices increased in March. We showed them the online prices they advertised and the menu prices they had given us and said they just haven’t had time to update. If prices increased in March, just update your menus or let people know when they order off that menu with wrong prices that the prices have increased before they place their order and get charged and there’s nothing they can do to change it. Do not go here. Much better other options of places to go.

Came in the other night about an hour before they closed with a party of 7. They didn't let us know that it was close to closing, they treated us as if we were their first customer of the day. Super pleasant, our food came out rather quick and all tasted amazing! Our server was incredible!

Everything is so yummy and they worked with my plant based diet and subbed a veggie roll for a California roll. The spicy garlic teriyaki is SPICY, not for the faint of heart. Same for the Angry edamame ?

Aaaaaah Yamato.....I've had some good times in the past at this place but this one was not as good. We can start off with the restrooms being dirty and not well kept at all. Our chef was good but he seemed tired and said that he was working a lot lately.The hostesses were another thing all together, they were rude and caddy. To me and mine they were polite and nice, but some of their comments about other people, tables, and guests were uncalled for. Your in the customer service industry, not the "im better than you and I dont care if you eat" industry. Maybe if you spent more time caring for customers instead of chasing around your rubber bouncy ball you would be better at your job.Our waitress was good and very attentive, food was excellent and as always we had lots to take home. The feel of the place was drab, the usual clapping and cheering at having eyebrows singed off was not there. It was very quiet, kind of like eating at a funeral home.Ill revisit later to see if it improves back to the way it was.

I have a new place to go! Service was great and the food was very satisfying. Why haven't we gone here before

0 stars I payed for 2 extra sides of rice and this is how my plate looks, I come here almost 5 times a month very often my plate looks like a kids meal waiter was very upfront about this being a split meal and that this is the correct portion probably my last time coming here.
