not to bad. only issue was cold fries and my wings weren't extra crispy but that's ok. I'm not complaining they were still tasty!!
Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve one star. Disgustingly unkept, employees jacking around when there’s plenty to be done, the front cashier lady - she told me my total for my mobile order and I paid. That was it. Didn’t even check to see if my order was ready … ten min later an employee that had AirPods in her ears (female) finally asked me again who I was picking up for and I said my name. She said oh here you go. The bag was sitting there …. Lazy location - management should be ashamed for neglecting this location!
Food service was slow, and was given "leftover" fries, bottom of the batch, the small fries.I know this isnt everyones experience, but it would be nice if a little effort was put into it.
We live 20 mins away from this location. We got home and our order was COMPLETELY WRONG. We had to turn around and go back to this location. We get there and they say they handed us a door dash order❓❓❓❓ HOW❓❓ When we came in the store and paid for our food‼️ The staff was laughing and was completely horrible with customer service ‼️ The lady gave us a refund, AND NO FOOD‼️‼️ AND WE HAD TO INITIALLY WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD‼️‼️ NOW we have to go find something else to eat ‼️ THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS ‼️ WINGSTOP NEEDS TO DO A LOT BETTER ABOUT HIRING STAFF‼️
Went in on Friday night to get a to go order. The place was practically empty yet, it still took over 20 minutes for my order. There were at least 8 kids hanging around in the kitchen but, nobody appeared to be working. The floor and every table was dirty and in disarray, thankfully I didn’t need to use the restroom, I would bet it was a mess too. It seems that you have a serious management issue, really can’t see how you stay in business! I definitely won’t be going back! PS, the food was cold when I got it home, had to warm it up in the microwave!
This location is the location that makes me hate this chain. Worst staff ever, eye rolls when you order. Slower than dirt. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.
The eatery was very clean. I had 8 piece medium combo, consisting of 4 hickory barbecue wings, 4 Louisiana rub wigs, seasoned fries and a 20 oz drink.I usually get the honey mustard dip but that day I got the bleu cheese dip for the first time and it was delicious. The drink machine is operated by touch screen with a variety of chooces. I chose the vanilla and strawberry flavored creme sodas separately and I enjoyed both alot.
It was very busy last night. The food came out in an acceptable time. We frequent another Wing Stop, but I give this site a thumbs
Food was cold, totally messed up my order. The guys in the kitchen where throwing bowls and to-go plates around. The kitchen looked gross and the staff did not look clean. The whole experience was a disappointment and I will never go back
They got our order correct and the food was very good. We ordered through the app and it was ready when we arrived.
