Worst Wing Stop in East Texas. They never answer the phone and always disable the online ordering. Stuff is always rude and they ALWAYS messed up our orders. I rather to drive on broadway even if is a little further that location is much better. Saw a bunch of roaches in the dining area. I will never visit this location again. Also it closes at 10 pm which is not regular for wingstop, the rest of the locations close at 12am so you guys can tell that this place sucks and they can’t even work right. Y'all need better management and hire more employees.
Most rudest incompetent employees of all time. Its the location I live closest to, and have had put up with the rude attitude because wherever I lived wingstop is always good. But these employees have made me give up on them.After calling in an order and confirming the location, spelling out my name, 'K-A-T,'.Once I get there they said they didn't have the order.After I get home I called back just to see what happen they put the wrong name on the order and said the food has been ready for an hr. Because they can't spell a three letter name ,or check a phone number i dont get fresh after already getting there on time? Wasted of time and money. Drive to another location
Order family pack wings...fresh and hot, took a decent amount of time to get order together, but while I waited the customer service was exceptional...the front counter workers made me feel welcomed and that was appreciated.

Just a terrible option & I live closer to this location. When the homies say order Wingstop they make sure to add “not the one on Troup!”. Just believe & don’t waste the time. I promise you’d rather go to the one on Broadway or the one on the Loop 323.
Last time went in and waited 45 minutes for fries, saw a roach on the floor and everything looked disorganized. Restraunt is pretty much ran by kids

Outrageously long waits, rude employees and our orders only come out right half of the time.I’m not one to complain but this place has gone to hell in the last few years.Fries are always cold and there’s no way you could call in an order because they don’t pick up!I don’t know who runs this place or how it’s still in business but god they have got to do better.
My friend found a tiny kitten (grey and white) in their parking lot. Brought to me. Thank you Wing Stop for my BIG beautiful cat. He's almost 10 months old.Don't get to eat out much but if I'd could, I'd eat there
