Awesome store, I try to go there once a week.
The customer service was very rude they messed up on my order again and this is not the first time
The food is consistently overcooked, hard and flavorless. Seems as if it sits out and not cooked fresh. You can barely eat the, wings nothing but a hard tasteless, stringy, jerky, only skin on a bone wing.

Absolutely ridiculous. Picked up my order had to go back in to get my Cajun Corn. Cool. Then realized the 12 rolls was missing. Went back in to ask for my rolls the man yelled from the back “We don’t have rolls today” I had to ask for a refund. If I hadn’t noticed they were going to charge me as is. This Wingstop is awful at conducting business.
The staff were rude and dismissive towards the guest even though there was 15+ minute waits after the promise time. They were still able to laugh and play around in the kitchen. Dining room was a wreck.

Always fresh and made when ordered. . . which is good. The only down side is that most of their seasonings are overpowering. Not too bad for the occasional meal but not a place you could go every day:/
