Since they changed staff, the chicken to me is much better than before.

Everytime we come to place an order, the blk male cook with the piercings starts shaking his head, grumbling & complaining about having to cook our food so we left. I've never seen a business that's not concerned with making money. SMH

It's good chicken but on certain days certain hours.I went around 8p.m chicken was cold and hard. Order Teller flirts with men. Really do that after work. Wait an extra 30 so they can talk. Smh

We love this place. And eat here all the time. But tonight 3-4-22 it was horrible. No seasoning, not hot. And the lady in window, had an attitude. Smh!

Williams fried chicken does the job every time. 2 piece and a roll does it every time

Chicken was fresh and perfectly seasoned, better than the multilpes of williams Chicken that I had in Dallas.

You have a young lady that takes orders during the evening hours...I don't know her name...she is super professional. Prompt and fast...I imagine during the hours she works she has customers whom are disrespectful, but she seems to be able to handle it. I come there, because she is very fast and always has service with a smile. If I have a restaurant I will hire her and make her lead.

They are getting much better than they were.Open late!Chicken tenders are the best!!!OMG they have rolls ❤️❤️❤️! Not biscuits ?

I went through the drive-through the lady at the drive-through was very uncourteous more down like rude is rude she had no interest in having a smile no interest in being any kind of polite she said what do you want is that all and was extremely rude about it now the gentleman that did bring me my food 15 minutes after I ordered it was very courteous listen to my complaints and at least made me smile

Every time I come home to visit I try to stop by just for the nostalgia. This place is always great when the chicken is hot and fresh, and it was on this visit. Prices have gone up, but still love the taste.
