The new Whataburger by Broadway Square mall deserves a great review! After being a long time Whataburger fan, I can say this, every single staff member at this new location deserves some praise. At this location the food is good, and even better the people are extremely nice. Great job, and keep it up!

I recently moved back to Texas from Wisconsin, I missed whataburger like people in hell miss ice water! Only complaint is the lack of the A-1 thick and hearty burger, but the staff was amazing, and this particular location is probably the coolest looking whataburger I've been to. 10/10 will return.

Went there to visit with a friend for coffee. There open pot was cold so the guy behind the counter brought us hot coffee. Now that is personal service. Worth going. The food is always good too.

The patty melt was fresh and hot but there was no ice and so the drink should have been comped because it was tepid and not up to standards very disappointed surely someone could have went to the Walmart behind them and got some ice for the customers. So very disappointed in that fact and the prize for barely warm. Not the usual. And I'll respect I was very disappointed

This early am experience is exactly the reason I have not done business with whataburger in 7 years. Pulled up to get a quick bite after an on call medical shift. Waited in line for 7 minutes just to place order after the truck in line at the order stall had to get out of his truck to see if anyone was even working, he finally placed his order. Then a man in a car in front of me placed his order. I pulled up and placed my order of spicy chicken ranch sandwich, and waited and waited, no one ever came back on to verify so I went ahead a drove up to the window thinking it was a glitch in her mic or something, just to be told rudely that I had not placed an order and I cannot place an order at the window. Your staff is just so rude, your food is never consistent and this is why I am so happy to have been reminded why I don't do business here. To think fast food workers want $15 an hour! Laughable!

Terrible night staff! EVERY night that we go they either don't answer at all or do and say they're rebooting the system. Last week we were in drive through for a hour and 15 minutes!!!!! Once we went to pick up an online order and we got there twenty minutes later like the app said to. When we told them we were there for a pick up order the woman said something but we didn't understand, she was mumbling. When we asked the second time two different female employees yelled threw the intercom "WE JUST GOT THE ORDER!" Then we waited for another 45 minutes before we got our food. Another time no one would answer us so after 5 minutes of no response we left. As we pulled around the building someone else pulled into the drive through and we rolled the window down and could hear someone taking their order. It's extremely frustrating since both my husband and I work night shift so we often go in the early morning hours, but we can never receive reasonable service. It definitely seems like they just hope you leave so they don't have to do anything which is very disappointing considering they're the only 24 hour food place around.

I walked inside to get a drink, because I didnt want to wait in the drive thru for such a small quick order. After standing at the counter and being seen doing so, without acknowledging my presence I decided I had waited long enough and left. I have been given the wrong order twice at another location and that service was better because of how fast it was. This is the worst Tyler Whataburger Location I have been to.

I go through this drive thru maybe once a week. Tonight I watched manager Candace handle some D-Bags behind me in drive thru like a CHAMP! Jalascia usually takes care of me and is always ON POINTE! I am complicated and usually have a special order that she always makes sure is correct and that I have everything I need. Show some love to the service industry workers right now. They are showing up and keeping you happy.

Restaurant has great display of old car dashboards and couple antique cars, but cook had "I don't care" attitude & it showed. W placed 2 meal orders..I saw two sacks (with burgers in them) placed for "order up" and when cashier checked bags, our onion rings weren't there. He asked the cook about them, and that's when she dropped them to cook. So burgers were cold by the time sides were ready. No apology offered...nothing. I might would go in to look at antiques..but not eat.

This place in Tyler on Broadway is a neat place to eat. It has old car parts scattered around. Lots of old toy cars as well as the old petal cars. The food is good with many choices. No play ground for the kids much nostalgia. Even has a 32 Ford roadster. Give it a try I believe you will like what you find.
