Great burgers, fast service, friendly staff
This location has always been my go-to favorite. The employees that work at night are awesome. They work really hard especially when there’s a long line and a bunch of people dining in. They still remember to smile and be courteous. Not to mention the food is good. It is a little pricey for fast food. But, the quality is great! I have no complaints.
Jessica m at the first window as well as whoever was at the second window...THAT is what I call TOP NOTCH, COURTEOUS customer service.They were so sweet and friendly.That's the kind of disposition that keeps customers coming back!!!Thank you!
The food was off here when I ate it, also the employees arguing the whole time I was here.The menu has also had a price hike recently.
The BEST whataburger I've ever seen!!! It was clean, the staff was wonderful and the fior was awesome!!! You'll love the soap box racers ❤
I would say that the service was great however, I would sound like a lier if I did say that. Keira is by far not the best cashiers at Whataburger. As soon as walked in, it didn’t feel welcoming at all, instead I was given the look of her not wanting to be there. Her eyes rolled as if she didn’t care, I gave her more than what I owed in cash and what I got back from her was a sigh and “oh my gosh”. Next time, I’m hoping to get better service than today.
If you have kids looking for a job during high school or summer don't let them work at this whataburger. Manager is immature and have no respect
First time I've been here and the food is good! Party melt is on point, but the service was 3 stars. Cashier looked and acted like she was ready to go home.
This was the second time here and i was impressed compared to the last time, i ordered for dine in and surprisingly my order came out in 5 min. Compared to last time that took about 20 minutes!!! Approximately about 2 months ago, everything was was pathetic, employees where just standing there not wanting to work and manager not wanting to answer to customers complaints, and now everything was just like a fastfood joint should be !!! Kudos to those who work there now !!! GOOD JOB ON THE CHANGES !!!
This can be on of the worst whataburger in Tyler, Texas. Been inside in there lobby getting my order taken, some of the employees were respectful to me. But I see there a new manager and deray no longer works there. So I was saying the new manager has no respect and can't act right but still acts like a child. She made people quit, especially one that had health issues and one that was autistic couldn't handle her attitude. I had a conversation with the boy who quit months ago and he's doing alot better without whataburger. no one didnt care how she was treating people. I wish whataburger can remove her and put a new manager that knows what she or he is doing. And some people work there don't care about there job what they care about is money. That's not how you work at a job
