Visit 05/07/22 @ 9PM. None of the staff would even acknowledge people in the lobby to place an order. Ordered on the app ahead, couldn't pick up the food. Staff was too busy on a personal cell phone call to take orders. The quality of food was terrible. This place has gone so far down hill it's unbelievable. I won't be back. It's the closest whataburger to my house and so convenient... $30 of wasted money. The order was completely wrong. There were toppings missing that I paid extra for. The wrong size fries. Dipping sauce that I paid for were missing. When I finally got my food I left, I believe that my food would have been spat in if I questioned the staff. I could have gotten faster service, better customer service, and spent the same amount at a regular restaurant. The staff do not belong in any type of service industry or to be receiving a paycheck if they refuse to do their job.
Food was very good and fresh. I had taquito. Very good. Only problem was the water. I drink mainly water. The water tasted terrible. Almost salty. Poured it out.
Look I been coming here almost everyday for years. This crew that you have working at nights needs to broken up with a new team leader. Quality of food went down big time how do you give out a biscuit that the top half is hard as a rock. Then every 5 days all fryers are off so they don’t have to do anything. This place lost all my business
I was having trouble ordering the breakfast burger online. I was really wanting breakfast, and I wasn’t going to make it there before 11, So I called the restaurant itself. They took my order over the phone and it was ready when I got there. And I didn’t have to pay until I picked it up.
Apparently this location does not like people pulling trailers. 2 hours before dining room closes according to the schedule, a worker was smoking and joking in the parking lot. He saw me pull in so he went in and locked the doors (signs all over the drive-thru saying no trailers). Customers were inside still ordering. He sneered from behind the glass at me thinking he was cute. I know it's hard to find decent employees in this age of Covid, but come on. I'm now questioning visiting your locations you are opening up in Tennessee where i live. I mean you apparently are busy enough to turn away business.
Great place to go grab a bite to eat to be Hawkins tx doesn't have one maybe soon theres land for sale in town and room for it and the populations here to support it
Went to get breakfast and realized it was slow and people were getting aggravated. Finally got to menu to order and realized it was a young lady working all by herself. She was so respectful and sweet. She went above and beyond what anyone else would do working by herself. Rock on Shelby ?? ???? Thank you for the wonderful work ethic.

Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Then the girl comes over and ask to help someone who had just walked up to the counter. Then she finally asked us if we had been helped when she knew that we had not. She then pops off I was going to help yall. We turned around to leave and she wants to smart off have a nice day.
Burgers were fantastic. Good portions. Fries were very crisp. Just a tad salty. Friendly service.
