stopped here to pick up some food for my daughter after spending the day visiting my father in law at a hospital in Tyler. first problem was the drive thru took way too long, from the time I ordered until the time I received my food was 25 minutes later. there was only one person ahead of me so I thought maybe they had just placed a large order but nope they were handed a small bag and went about their way. ordered a bacon avocado Burger with small fry and a Sprite. didn't receive a Sprite but what we received was just carbonated water. I had gone through the drive-thru so I then had to park my car and go inside tell them about the sprite. the worker who was at the register snickered and said yeah the Sprite machine wasn't working. if your workers know that there is no Sprite then why are they selling that item? they should be telling their customers they are out of Sprite. also didn't receive a bacon avocado Burger. what I received was a burger filled with a bunch of tomatoes (asked for none), a bunch of pickles, a tiny piece of bacon and absolutely no avocado. for a $14 meal this was absolutely unacceptable!!!
MF cant read a order and always messing up
Waited am 20 minutes for two sandwiches, no apology the lady at the counter was rude not to just me but to everyone. She clearly didn’t want to be there and then on top of that one of the chicken sandwiches was served to me raw. I never want to leave a negative review without giving the benefit of the doubt, with me working in the customer service industry since I was 13 but I wasn’t impressed at all. Then the raw chicken on top of it is unacceptable.
Dining in we had four orders, three of the fries were cold. Took them back to get hot fries, the cook with a nasty attitude ate one as if to say I don’t believe you. Watched him as he made the new fries to make sure he didn’t spit in them or whatever. The burgers were barely warm and sat on the squashed bun like some dead thing. We had an appetite for fresh hot juicy burgers and fries and what we received was disappointment. Never going back to this location. We spent over $40 there!
Well I would not give it but one star I asked for a medium shake and as I got to the window after waiting probably 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru they handed me the small shake told me it was $3.14 I said I did not order that and I did not want it for $3.14 the manager handed me out $3.15 and told me she was not giving me back any other change which would have been the tax that I was charged already to my credit card she kept my receipt so unfortunately I can't give any kind of names or anything
That store manager they got in there does nothing but treat her employees like straight ANIMALS. who does she think she is to treat people less than her SO DISGUSTING . And I bet she treats her customers like that too . FIRE HER ON THE SPOT
$16 for a large double meat cheeseburger meal that tastes like it's 2 days old. Old fries from a hot box that taste like cardboard and employees that barely speak English. Yeah this was my last trip to whataburger. I will never be back and will never recommend. Used to be great. not anymore. Maybe hire some employees that actually value their job. I have fresher food stuffed between the seat cushions of my car. very disappointed.
A quick lunch pick up for my wife and I. Quick walk in, order, and I was rolling out in about 10 minutes. My double meat, double cheese Whataburger and her chicken strip basket were hot and tasty! A Dr. Pepper and an unsweetened tea provided a solution for our thirst!
As long as the line isn’t long, I usually get speedy service here. It is on my way home and I frequently visit as I love their sweet tea and need to stop and get gas next door before I head home. Never had an issue here!
Food was good but the last 7 times there they wernt busy but it took 20 minutes to get our food in the drive through
