Stopped for dinner after a game and it wasn't busy. Ordered our food and EVERYTHING we ordered was sloppy and messy. Burgers looked like they were stomped on. Guacamole wasn't even on the burger. Bacon was so over cooked it wasn't edible. The lettuce was soggy. Fries were cold. Shake was nasty. Just a waste of money. Only thing that was good was the onion rings. Expensive for burgers that aren't even made right....then the ladies get made cuz you complain. For over $100 yes I want a good fresh burger, hot fries and a shake that doesn't taste like poop! Do better whataburger!
Came to eat breakfast with friends at 0615 the doors were locked and an employee came outside to tell us that they don't have keys to let us in. The manager was walking around inside and the employee said we could not talk to her because she was borrowed from another store. It made no sense. We asked for the owners business card and the employee said no that there is not one.. It was horrible customer service and obvious poor management.
The place was absolutely clean!. The service was awesome. Didn't have to wait long.and the food was absolutely delicious! And that music was the Bomb!
Great drive thru service and speedy, the only thing is the cashierin drive thru came off as odd; seeing that she didn't smile, stared blankly at my husband as if she had no clue of what she was suppose to do.
I Stopped by the loop 323 location tonight (Thursday 3/10/22) at 9:50pm to find that the lobby was locked, (both side & front doors)The sign on the doors said that the lobby closes at 11pm, so I called inside.By the time the manager came to the phone, it was 9:55pm. She said her name was Breanna, but I suspect that it wasn’t, based on her tone and inflection.When I asked what time they normally close the lobby, she mumbled 10pm.When I told her that I was outside, and that both the side & front doors were locked, she said, “yeaaaah.”When I told her that I was at the doors at 9:50 and they were [already] locked, & that it was currently 9:55, she didn’t respond.So, I asked directly, why they had closed the lobby before 10pm?She said, “ah, because we can.” with what was likely the worst attitude she could sort.I said, “okay. Thank you Breanna.”I was able to see inside and counted 6 employees working, which seems like it would have been more than enough to keep the lobby open for business.Lastly; had she given me ANY reason for closing early, I wouldn’t be taking the time to write.I’d be eating.Guess they’re doing so well that they don’t need my business.…and yes, the drive through was open, but I’ve been told that it’s inappropriate to pee in public:/
What’s the point of having Mobile app, every time I set a time for pickup I end up spending 20 extra mins for my food!!Night shift and crew around 5am PLEASE DO BETTER!AND, the lady that has blonde hair wearing a white shirt, at the drive-through( not doing anything because they was busy) sent THE COOK out to bring our food & he was still wearing cloves!!
This is the third drive thru experience in a row which simple things in my order haven't been right. Ice in my coke when I asked for none, regular ketchup instead of spicy, one ketchup for 3 fries and an onion ring. Not to mention the poor attitude I've received recently I think I'd rather drive across town or settle for mcdonalds at this. Utterly sub par performance
Amazing food as always. Lovely decor. All in all a good experience. Its whataburger and they always have some of the best customer service.
By far the coolest whataburger I've been to. Didn't even know you could create a fast food restaurant to look so... rad ; ) just got some half n half tea and my sis got a Dr pepper shake? Both were alright
Great place to eat, food taste great no floppy pickles or tomatoes a no wilted lettuce. All fresh!
