Ordered thru the app at 1:00PM, arrived at Whataburger at 1:03PM and checked in. We couldn’t find the curb side numbers so we picked the option on the Whataburger app for check-in without number and turned on the hazard lights like the app asked us to do and sat out front next to the big window by the handicap space and waited for our food which was supposed to be ready by 1:16 to 1:19PM. At 1:20PM I called in and said we had a curb side order and gave them the name. She said she didn’t see us and I let her know that we were sitting outside with our hazard lights on like the app asked and told her where we were at. She said she didn’t see an order for us and wanted to make sure we were at the right location and I asked if their number was 580 and then she said yes and found our order and said it was ready and someone would bring it out. We waited another 5 minutes and no one came out. So we went inside to get our order. The team needs to be more aware of the other check in options for curbside through the Whataburger app so that they can find people easier.
I absolutely LOVE Whataburger! Unfortunately, I live in Arkansas and can only get it when I go to Texas. I did find the best one in Chandler, TX. Clean, friendly staff, hot food, and the Coke was delicious!
The manager and her staff here was super friendly and respectful. One thing I noticed here was that the staff was very respectful to their manager. Something you don't see anymore. They were equivalent to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Great job to this Whataburger!
This review is about wait times. The last 6 times I have been here they make you pull forward to wait on your order. Most fast food places give your food at the window. This location seems to always be running behind. Set extra time aside if you plan on stopping here.
I don't even want to go to this location anymore. Everytime I go now my order is always missing something or messed up in some sort of way. The worst is when I got handed an overflowing milkshake and the lady just stared at me like I was wrong for not wanting to put that sticky mess in my car.
I rarely have a bad experience eating out. All of my Whataburger experiences have been nothing less than pleasing. I mean come on people! Don't hate on my Whataburger. People mess up sometimes. Show some grace and understanding and guess what? They will make it right. Yes, drive thru too. They did a great job on my #4 combo.
After ordering we waited at least 20 minutes for our food, e eryime in the restaurant received their food before us even though they ordered after us. We went to the counter multiple times to ask about our order and was told that our order would be right out but was still left waiting. We got our food after 25 minutes of waiting and had to go up to the counter to pick it up ourselves. We will not becoming back to this restaurant again. It was not so busy that they could not take care of our order in a timely fashion. A chicken sandwich does not take 25 minutes to make.
Never had a problem with this whataburger before; however, went here tonight and they got my order wrong. I went back up to let them know it was the wrong order and said that “I dont mean to be rude but that I would like the food that I had paid for.” The manager proceeded to look me up and down and never said a word. Only one of the workers was really nice to me about the confusion. I realize they were busy, but as a manager, looking a costumer up and down, and not saying a SINGLE WORD. That’s just straight disrespectful, especially since I was not rude in anyway about the confusion. I work in the food industry, and I would NEVER treat a costumer like that. Even JUST as an employee. Crazy. Definitely going to the whataburger on Broadway now.
Normally I like this place, the workers need to be taught that fries and onion rings need to be cooked longer, but otherwise it's fine for the most part.
One star is a lot to qualify for, I was waiting for 20 minutes for them to take my order and they had pawned and no one came to tell me that there was no service in the lobby. the manager was rude
