The restaurant looked very nice. The waiter was very attentive. The food was fantastic, although quite pricey.

Our server was fantastic as was the second server that helped us out with my steak. The potatoes were terrible, and cold. They forgot my beans and I had to wait for my beans. Then my steak, fillet, that was supposed to be medium was well done. They were more than happy to make me another steak however my date had to wait to eat and her meal got cold. So they had to make her another meal. The second steak and my dates second meal were both delicious. Just took forever. Very happy with the staff.

Absolutely the best restaurant we’ve been to in Tyler. Loved everything we tried.

Our server was amazing! She was so friendly. Great food and service.

Excellent location, great food, ambiance and live music.

Great food and service, like sitting in the main dining area better than patio area. Thanks

Food was good, Restaurant was very nice and modern, however the waitress forgot our salads and that just ruined a good meal. Didn't seem to phase here and I should have known when she didn't write down the order. More times than not the memory never comes out right

While we love the setting that the grove gives a diner, we expected so much more for it evening diner experience. We have only gone to the brunch before. Our brunch experience has always been good with a good selection and good value. Our dinner experience not so much. It is somewhat pricey and you expect more for the prices they charge for entrées. However, it was my husband‘s birthday and we wanted to really have a nice evening out. We ordered the individual beef Wellington‘s and $31 and they were good but not great. Let flavor and dad. We ordered the kale Caesar salad. It tasted like dirt and neither of us could eat it. We also ordered the burger thinking that it would be a great burger but it was not. There was very little flavor and it was extremely undercooked. The fries were cold and tasted as though they had been sitting out for hours. I don’t usually spend this much time on a review but it was so disappointing in Tyler needs a more fine dining experience than golfers. The grove could be that place. It has all the possibilities but the food was definitely lack luster and at worst terrible. The waiter was great and he was obviously embarrassed by the food himself. The manager came to the table to apologize for the salad but after that we didn’t try anymore to get any resolve. The waiter got the result for us by taking the burger off of our bill. I know this probably will never make a difference but I wish that it would. We love the grove him with love to see it be what it should be Also, the lobster bisque was supposed to be spicy but it was so spicy and that it was almost impossible to eat.

Had a wonderful, healthy potion steak prepared as requested with wonderful Brussel sprouts, substituted, and asparagus. A bit surprising only three stalks. Ended with a tasty apple cheesecake! Bill was $80ish with a drink, G&T- Hedricks.

We had the Steak and Cake and it was delicious! The steak was so tender, I didn’t need a steak knife and the crab cake was perfection. We also had the apple cheesecake. Oh my, amazing! We visit California quite a bit and the food at The Grove is as good as any of the fine dining dishes we have experienced there! We also had wonderful service. Thank you, Kaylin! We will be back for sure!
