The service was pretty good. Took awhile but I would rather it fresh.The whitefish filets were awesome!The catfish was pretty good. Fries were good also. Everyone in our party of 6 including little kids was happy.Price was fair to feed 6.
My first visit here was stellar. Late on a Friday night, we were warmly greeted by Ishrain, a gregarious man behind the counter. He was helpful, friendly, and engaging. I asked for a recommendation, and he quickly made several. I chose the grilled fish tacos. They were awesome, just like he said. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Wife and I stopped by for lunch.First time customers. Food was really good. I had the half and half shrimp ettoufe and 4 butterfly shrimp with red beans and rise as a side toasted bread. Wife had the catfish filet plate . All the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. We will definitely put The Catch on our list. Living in Eustace,TX Tyler has become our go to town for dining. Thanks for the great lunch

Outstanding food. Had oyster poboy and shrimp taco with fries and hush puppies. All was good. Even garlic bread is great. Good service also. Awesome find.
The Gumbo is Perfect. They dont burn the Rue. It perfect light brown. Just like the real Stuff. Not black. That's Burned.Use to have to Drive to Galveston or La. To get good stuff. Thank You. For knowing how to Make it right.
Fish is healthy; so I stopped at The Catch. I ordered grilled fish with grilled vegetables. The waitress ask if I wanted cat fish or white fish. I said, white fish. When the food arrived, The grilled veggies were covered in grease, the fish was also cover in grease on a bed of white rice; with a French type bread drenched in butter. My goal is to reduce my weight by eating more fish, the entire time I ate the fish I thought, (what kind of white fish) I only at the fish. I do not like grilled fish soaked in grease. If you want fried, grilled soaked in grease. You might enjoy the food. I felt it was opposite of health. For $17 dollars I will go to Dakota’s next time for fresh salmon. Ewww.
Great seafood!! There isn't anything fancy about this place but the food is great. I have eaten here many times and always great food.
