This Texas Roadhouse did an exceptional job! I've never really had much of an issue at any of the locations but the service here is top notch even during a busy Friday! James did a wonderful job taking care of our table. He made sure our food was correct, that we had our drinks topped off, and of course made sure we had our rolls! He made the experience 1000% better. I recommend coming here for lunch or dinner to enjoy a great atmosphere and delicious food! That chicken fried chicken was the bomb ?. Keep up the hard work Texas Roadhouse, y'all will definitely be rewarded. Just ask James!
We had a lovely time. I had a steak and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had ribs and bbq chicken. Bother were amazing. We also shared a blooming cactus, (onion) and it was so good. Our waiter was kind and friendly despite being so busy. Oh and I had the hurricane and my husband had the cowboy and the drinks were delightful! Fun and tasty!
To no fault of their own it takes forever to get seated. I ordered a 12oz prime rib which had a LOT a gristle, I could barely eat any of it. All the other food my party ordered was good. Our waiter did a fantastic job.
Wish they could cook a steak medium, well...etc.When you cook steaks every day you should have it down pat. I like medium well, as my wife does. Hers was serve rare and mine was well done. They fix the problems really quickly and they are very courteous, but why? It happens every time. 5 stars because the steaks are tasty, the service exemplary, and very clean.
Hadn't been here in a while. It was good as I remembered. I had ribeye... The veggies weren't that good. I like my broccoli soft. Husband had prime rib... He liked it. Server was friendly and did a good job even tho she had couple other tables at the same time including an 8 top i think.
Have dined in twice, both times were different than each other. They say the steaks are tender, however they are not, possibly because they are so busy. Had a roasted chicken, it was dry and a bit over cooked. Make sure when you order a steak, you get it the way you want, R, MR, M or well done, well done is easier to cut.The salads are great, the sides are good.
That was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I ordered their 16 Oz. Prime Rib. The best cut of meat I've ever tasted. The service was a 10. The atmosphere was great. I highly recommend the TX ROADHOUSE OF TYLER. ? A 10 ALL AROUND.
