DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! We were asked to move up to the yellow line only to get left there with no food for over 20 minutes with a crying baby in there car. When we pulled back the man at the window gave us an attitude and a bunch of excuses about how it wasn’t his fault we were forgotten about and asked us to move back up to the yellow line. Waited another 10 minutes…No FOOD! Moved back to the window and a new person who asked what we had ordered and we just left ?. So frustrating! You get rid of the cheesecake chimichanga, your tea is gross and I still have no food. 0 ⭐️

Normally love this place but one bad experience will reign that. Went at 8 20 and all the workers were sitting down. Waited four minutes while they just looked over at us. No one was in the back working. We walked out. Won’t be back. Hire some different people.
Overall it was good, though very little ingredients on tacos!
Would give zero stars if possible. Went there on my lunch break. NEVER got my food. Asked for a refund and was told only the manager could do refunds. Waited 10 minutes but the manager never appeared. Finally had to leave without my food or money to get back to work so I didn't lose my job. I will never set foot in a Taco Bueno ever again!
The food was OK but we didn't get 2 items that we ordered but they made up for it by giving us a free drink.
Horrible horrible service. My order was wrong and the manager insisted I was wrong and I ordered what they gave me. I went back another time and when I asked questions he smirked as if I am ignorant. I will never go back. I drove 15 minutes to get there but now I will drive an hour to go to Taco Cabana in Terrell instead.
Good fast food.Its a mexicanish fast food type food. But ITS NOT TEXMEX or Mexican food! Again this is fast food - similar to the other "mexicanish style" fast food restaurants like taco villa or taco bell. Dont misundstand me though the food is good. Its just not true texmex. You have to go to a mom and pop local restaurant to get TRUE TexMex or Mexican. Sorry for the rant but I was raised up on true TexMex and real Mexican foods so I'm very picky when it comes to calling this stuff Mexican food or even TexMex and YES even those are two different types of cooking.So now done with my OC rant. Now to Taco Bueno = Clean facility, freindly staff, fast, and reasonably priced. Its ok food to stop by if you cant wait for real TexMex.With this the tacos, burritos etc are all made with the same exact ingredients. Its just wrapped up in a different types of pseudo tortilla. So the burrito taste the same as a taco just with a different wrapping texture.BUT ITS NOT TEXMEX OR MEXICAN FOOD so please people stop calling this stuff Mexican or TexMex food! ?With the real stuff a taco will not resemble a burrito in any way in either taste or texture. The ingredients are fresh and not mass cooked and frozen overnight to be served the next day. Each type of plate the textures, colors, tastes, etc. Are all different fron one plate to the next.Again I rant, sorry. Im just so picky when it comes to my favorite type of food.But the place is a good place to stop when you short on time and hungry for a snack to get you by until you can get the REAL thing. ?
Professionally there should be a limit to the amount of Makeup and piercings a guy should have on at work (this really apples to everyone) but the person was disturbing.As far as food the "Queso" was flavored water, when it used to be the best. They used to actually have some kind of filling in their Enchiladas, now there's less than a microwave taquito. The chicken smelled so much like dog food even my Cat refused to eat it. Highly disappointed and will not be returning Any time soon.
This location is pretty good. Customer service is adequate. Kind of hit or miss with who you get to help you. They do an ok job with cleaning. Alot of times there will be a couple of dirty tables. However if you say something, they clean them immediately. Food is ok as well. Again, hit or miss on the consistency of the portioning. Overall good place to eat at.
