The new store manager Michael is amazing. He’s very experienced in management and working so hard to improve this location and re-training staff to make sure things are done correctly unlike how it was before. Everything is neat, clean, and well stocked. If you were an old customer here I strongly recommend that you please give it another chance! He is willing to talk and connect with customers, creating a great environment. Great job michael!! Keep it up. I’ll be returning from now on :)
Cj is disgusting. She literally put the meat on the bottom vegetables on top and made no effort to make my sandwich right or close it right. She needs to be re-trained. She was picking at her scabs when making my coworkers order one day. Definitely won’t be going there when she is there.
It was all burnt and too crunchy to eat. I had to threw it I trash.
Wish I could leave no stars. JEFF is absolutely incompetent. Asked for a full length sub and proceeds to cut it in half and throw the other half in the TRASH!! after repeating that I wanted a full length! He throws the other half in the trash and STILL grabs a half!! Frustratingly I give up and just let him make my sandwich...as I ask for olives, he said " do you really want olives?" What!!?!? Then takes 5 minutes to just grab them from the back. What the actual fùck!?!?! Oh and!! I wanted a lemonade....water came out. I asked where the lemonade was and he said "oh I didn't add the syrup" dude needs to not work there at all.
This was by far the worst subway I've ever been to. My husband's bread was almost burnt, the girl threw an entire handful of olives and a giant glob of Buffalo which my husband didn't ask for that much of either. The guy could barely answer any questions he was asked. They didn't seem to understand how to wrap a wrap or how to cut a sandwich in half. Never coming back

I didn't even eat the sandwich, that's how disgusting it was. They need to shut it down already.
Food was alright, service was semi-adequate. Aside from acting like he hated his job and having the personality of an anvil… he did manage to put our food in the bag.
