I remember this day, what actually happened is a little far from the truth. I run uber orders from here a lot, and I was here to experience this moment. These employees will make your food exactly the way you want while making you feel right at home.This lady was really just expressing her "ignorance".On this day, they had a line nearly backed up to the door, and they were working as fast as they could to pass the line with quality of service. This "Alisha" lady was actually pretty impatient, and just expected them to STOP what they were doing for customers in front of them, and go outside side to pacify her. She knew they had a massive line of customers and couldnt be bothered to come in sooner to check. In a situation like this, they did EXACTLY what they were suppose to do. Who even orders curbside when there is a drive-through?? How lazy can you actually be "Alisha". Curbside is for customers who are scard of covid, if you went inside, you were abusing the service.

Put in a curbside order pickup at this location. Waited for nearly 10 minutes and no one came out. When I went in the woman at the counter just pointed at my order. When I asked if they do not bring it out she said no. Then one of the young ladies playing to the side spoke up. She stated " I did not bring it out because we didn't have the chips or drinks". I entered my contact information when I placed the order and checked in when I arrived. Therefore she knew I was outside and did not call or come out to let me know this information. Just really shocked at the horrible customer service.

The worker pulled out her phone and laid it on the counter while making my sandwich is it was absolutely disgusting!! It makes me wonder what they do when I’m in the drive through.

Visit wasnt bad but sure wasnt great. Ordered on the app. Drove to place and even waited before going inside five minutes after order was suppose to be ready ( quoted 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches). Sat in parking lot 20 minutes then went inside to pick up. Not 1 customer anywhere. Not 1 in drive thru. And had not been 1 the whole time we were sitting there. Lady at counter was polite however she had not even started our order. Ok well maybe just maybe in the last 30 minutes the had a large crowd lol not likely So wait another 12 minutes while she makes our 2 sandwiches. And then learn she is the only employee at all in this restraunt!!! Owners this is not safe!!!

Oh my goodness! They are an awesome team! I have never experienced a drive thru Subway. They were so nice to me! I literally cried on my way home because the manager and an employee made me feel so special one night. I can only commit on my experiences. The employees work together as a team to satisfy their customers to me. Excellent customer service!
